A very good hotel.
Pros: convenient location near the metro, excellent breakfasts, attentive staff.
Cons: the rooms are a bit stuffy, the ventilation in the bathroom doesn't work very well.
We had a very pleasant stay.

Great place. Staff is wonderful. Would love to have a little more space. Nearby a station but nothings much around the area.

The hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. Nice workers and easy to get there. The breakfasts are also good. Rooms are not cleaned often but you can ask for changing towels.
Also the reception area is full of amenities.

Great Location & Spacious Room, but Cleaning Policy Could Be Improved
The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the train station, plenty of eateries, and lots of different convenience stores around. The room size is quite spacious by Japan standards, which comes with Microwave and washing machine and dryer in the room, which made the stay comfortable.
However, the housekeeping policy could be improved. Full room cleaning is only provided after a 6-night stay, which seems a bit too long. During my 5-night stay, only towels were changed and bins cleared as per my request. It would have felt cleaner with more regular housekeeping.
