Extremely convenient! Cross the zebra crossing right outside the hotel and you're at Kyoto Station. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is just 20 meters down the alley to the right of the hotel entrance. The dining options are varied, catering to all budgets. The Kyoto-exclusive plum wine is super delicious; it tastes sweet like a soft drink, but don't let that fool you – it's stronger than beer, so it's easy to get tipsy!

Hotel location is great, just right in front of the Kyoto Station. Staffs are very friendly and professional. As weather is very hot during summer, we can shop inside the Kyoto Station. Will select this hotel again if I visit Kyoto again.

Perfect Location & Outstanding Staff Support! Exceptional location directly opposite JR Kyoto Station, surrounded by dining, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The breakfast offered a good variety of Western and Japanese options. Most importantly, the staff went above and beyond when my children fell sick. They saved us from an expensive clinic which we found in web by recommending a wonderful local clinic just 10 minutes on foot away. The doctor was kind, reasonable, and provided medicine immediately. The family room is also great! Highly recommended for families and travelers!

The hotel is located behind Kyoto Station, behind, behind! (The side facing Kyoto Tower is usually considered the front). It's just across the road. The front desk has staff who speak Chinese, and check-in/check-out and luggage storage are all self-service. The highlight is the lobby on the first floor (which is also where breakfast is served), offering iced water, soda, and juice – a real lifesaver in summer!

This hotel is super close to Kyoto Station, just across the road from the south exit. I switched to this hotel for my last night from Kawaramachi so I could easily catch the Haruka train to Kansai Airport early the next morning. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom, which is very compact, but overall it's clean. My only complaint is that they couldn't put my two booked rooms on the same floor, and the front desk service wasn't as good as other hotels I'd stayed at in the Kansai region previously.

I was more satisfied with this hotel than the Emily Hotel in Kobe. It's conveniently located right by Kyoto Station, and AEON and Don Quijote are easily accessible nearby.
