KYOTO TOKYU HOTEL

Loved the hotel! The lobby area has water fountain and plants, which makes very enjoyable to look at. The room is spotless. Bus stops are nearby, and Shuttle buses from and to Kyoto station were super helpful! Can’t wait to come back again!

I stayed at the Kyoto Tokyu Hotel recently, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel has a calm and polished atmosphere that feels very typical of a high-quality Japanese hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which allowed me to get a good night's rest after a long day of sightseeing. I particularly appreciated the quiet environment.

Hotel provides free shuttle service from Kyoto station to the hotel . Very convenient. Hotel is clean and cozy with wonderful staff. Rooms are comfy and clean and the toilets are great! Highly recommend this hotel and 8 would definitely come back again

Was in Kyoto early March, some days hot and somedays cold. I am a very hot sleeper. Couldnt even control my own room’s temperature because its centralised. The only option they had for me to make it colder was to open the windows. The staff groggily helped us with that because we couldnt hinge it open. I stayed on the second floor, wasn’t a very nice thought. Bell boys of ALL the hotel staff were the nicest, at least they greeted you. The rest remained cold and unwelcoming, like they didnt want us there. Should have honestly splurged more for accomodation

It was clean, enjoyable, updated and the staff went above and beyond to give a little surprise for our anniversary celebration! Top notch. Thank you.

A nice environment which welcomes you as you arrived. Staff is friendly especially the concierge staff who are very helpful with taxi assistance. Hotel provides shuttle bus to and from Kyoto station, which is very convenient. The only downside was the location is quite a distant away from Kyoto station which is not really walkable.
