Out of the four hotels I stayed at in Japan, this one was by far the best. 1. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, which is incredibly convenient for getting around. 2. It has its own large public bath, which was very relaxing and well-equipped. 3. The room was quite spacious, newly renovated with a very elegant color scheme, and right next to the elevator – loved it! 4. The self-check-in and self-check-out process was very convenient, and I felt completely at ease leaving my luggage with their secure password system. Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and the price was also very reasonable. Full marks!

Hotel is very nice with public bath. Value for money, just that now is still under renovation but once renovation is completed will be perfect. As I was out during the day, didnt not hear noise.

Absolutely love this hotel and would definitely stay here again next time! 💯 Very convenient as well, there’s a bus stop right infront of the hotel too 🤭 Exit from Hachijo East exit and it’s just less than 5 mins walk so location is good! 👍🏻

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, close to Kyoto Station, the bus stop, and Aeon Mall, making shopping excellent. The room was larger than those in Tokyo, and the breakfast was substantial. Definitely recommend!

+ The hotel is well located. Spa pool is really good with back massage water flows. Also it was nice to try different brands of skincare products that were provided there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Water bottles provided in the room looked premium. - Sigarette smell in the corridor and in room (the room should be non-smoking)! Piles of bed linen every morning at 10-11 a.m. all along the corridor, near each room, so a general cleaning is carried out in this way. It was difficult to move forward with suitcases to check-out, and not aesthetically compatible with the hotel brand.

Convenient location from kyoto station! (Around 5 min walk) Stayed here for 2 nights. Room is spacious for 1 person, has all the amentities you need. Can be slightly noisy at night (is opp some bus terminal bus stop) but otherwise not much of an issue.

Hotel is just outside the Kyoto station which is very strategic and convenient locatio. There is a family mart beside the hotel for those who need a quick bite. Room provided water in bottle. Amenities (facial cleanser, cleansing oil, facial cream, comb, toothbrush, etc) can be self-serviced at the lobby. There are 2 different types of pillow provided for each bed - Soft and firm. The firm pillow seems to be towards too hard and too high for my liking.

Had really good stay. The location is nice, if you are taking the limousine bus to the airport, it is right in front of the hotel. I would come back again. Other than, the breakfast is so-so. You can try the breakfast once if u like it. Personally, I wouldn’t eat their breakfast again.
