At the same time, the whole family is prepared, and each room is equipped with an induction cooker and refrigerator, which makes it more home-oriented. Enjoy Chengdu and Fantasy World, we are waiting for you in Chengdu.
It's necessary to leave a nuanced review. On the positive side, beautiful rooms, great location, and very kind and friendly staff. We loved our stay. And would love to stay again. Notes for improvement (listed for the hotel's benefit): we had initially booked a more expensive room, but were offered a room layout not matching the beautiful photos seen on Trip.com. (The alternative was to downgrade to a smaller room.) I've attached photos of what we found on arrival. Needless to say, it fell far short of expectations. We had been given the choice, but the photos provided to help guide that choice were far from the reality. The hotel should never have encouraged or even presented this room as an option, just to keep us in the more expensive room category. After the first night, we rebooked the cheaper, better room. Second complaint was that at least three of the hotel's web routers were infected with viruses during our stay, and were redirecting our web traffic to pornographic websites. It routinely happens, I'm sure. And the staff were quick to find us a solution. I hope the hotel will fix the issue though. Affected rooms were: 2108, 2109, 2110. I would still recommend staying. Just communicate with the staff to ensure you are getting what you expect and have paid for.

This hotel is basic but comfortable. For this cheap price, we expected an old hotel but got a pretty modern one. The hotel staff doesn't speak English but is very nice. Most rooms do not have windows but are equipped with a good AC. Close to the hotel are many restaurants and a metro station. The hotel is more or less close to the East Railways Station but not close to the city center.

I’m happy about the place because I did not pay a lot. There is a good street food next to. But it’s 10’ walk from the closest metro station and the room was not impeccably clean. But overall, very good experience and I got a high a floor like I asked.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel on Trip.com late at night, just hoping for a place to crash. To my surprise, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient when I arrived. Seeing me with a big suitcase and looking exhausted, she proactively upgraded me to a quiet room on a higher floor and even thoughtfully prepared hot tea. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast the next morning had a great variety and tasted delicious. What touched me most was at check-out; I was rushing for my train, and the front desk had already prepared my invoice and packed a souvenir for me, handling everything calmly and efficiently. This unexpectedly great experience completely wiped away my fatigue from the business trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

Quiet neighborhood except the guests next to my room decided to talk about their life stories in the outdoor balcony until wee hours which is really inconsiderate. The receptionists and staffs are really friendly and helpful during my stay making this extremely memorable. One time disposable towels and slippers are my favorite amenities in this accommodation!

I was so lucky to stay in the same hotel as my idol – the atmosphere was incredible! A special shout-out to Jasmine, who was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, always warm, meticulous, and incredibly caring. Her service was truly heartwarming! Jasmine is not only beautiful and cool, with amazing style and elegant temperament, but also gentle and generous. She took exceptional care of me, providing thoughtful and detailed service, and was always there to help with any request immediately. It was genuinely heartwarming. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right outside. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly easy to get to and from the concert. The check-in experience was excellent! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my fellow fans and travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Kuanzhai Alley and is within walking distance, though it might be a bit of a trek if you have very young children. It's conveniently located to all the major attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the service was good. There's also parking available. The only downside was that there was construction happening next door during our stay, but we were informed beforehand that it was a municipal project.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserExcellent stay, very comfortable and quiet. The service was great – I brought some local Chengdu snacks and didn't have a bag, but the staff kindly helped me find one. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, the location is fantastic, right next to two metro stations, making it easy to get anywhere. The gym is also really good!
