Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.

When we arrived to the hotel we saw a huge cockroach in our room, and stuff couldn’t change a room, just removed it from room. Second say was the same but Thai cockroach was running all around a room and made us crazy. We paid almost 500/night for room with a garden view and it’s not like on pictures at all. Yes it’s clean, but not as beautiful as on pictures. And you don’t expect cockroaches every night for this price.Another disappointment is that hotel write that they have breakfast from 7 am and we wanted to try it and then go to your Indy attractions early morning. But the hotel ordering breakfast straight from McDonald’s and only after 8 am, so we didn’t have any breakfast at all, plus I don’t it meat and it was only burgers over there. Overall, the location is good for downtown but it’s hard to find it, cause it’s on some Chinese neighborhood/market street. Breakfast- didn’t get any. Any the room and hotel in general is overpriced😡

The location is good. I wanted to book using Accor but the hotel is very slow to respond to my requests. The reception counter is very busy but still efficient. However, some of the reception can be less helpful when I have problem with my package sent to the hotel. Breakfast area is too small and is very crowded even after 0930. The cheese provided is very bad, and the noodles station is overwhelmed and I didn`t managed to place my order. The lift is slow, and there is jam during breakfast peak. I did not have time for tea, and was able to get good ice creams instead. The checkout process is very smooth, special mention to Nu Nu who gave me souvenir and check in with me on my stay.

I booked a Jimu twin room and a Jimu double room to visit Chengdu with my friends. The quality of Atour is guaranteed. Convenience: It’s about a 10-minute walk from Taikoo Li International Financial Center. There are residential areas and many noodle shops and restaurants nearby. It’s delicious. Service: It is commendable that the service is very good. You can go to the front desk every morning to get warm mineral water. It is so considerate. You will be given a souvenir when you leave the hotel. Facilities: The room is quite big, fully automatic toilet, no need to sit in the cold toilet version, both are relatively new, needless to say, Atour bedding is very comfortable. Hygiene: The sanitation should be kept very clean because the room is not very new and it is not obvious. Disadvantages: The door opens and closes very loudly. If you don’t sleep well at night, you will easily be woken up by guests returning home at night. The air conditioner blows loudly. The room is on the 4th floor. There is a spa and the privacy is average.
