Atour S Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li

The breakfast was delicious. It's in a commercial area, right across from Taikoo Li. The hygiene was very good, and the front desk service was excellent. They even helped with a late check-out, which was really great. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommend! The lobby had a wonderful, scholarly atmosphere.

Choosing Atour S TaiKoo Li for my Chengdu trip was an absolute stroke of genius! The location is unbeatable; right outside is TaiKoo Li, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Chunxi Road and IFS, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The subway station is also close by, so getting around is a breeze. The hotel itself is a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle; as soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant, art-filled atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with excellent soundproofing. The Plante mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the LE LABO toiletries added a touch of luxury. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered great views, and being able to soak in the bathtub while enjoying the TaiKoo Li nightscape was a fantastic experience. The service was warm yet discreet, and the robot delivery service was very convenient. The breakfast was rich and delicious, making my entire stay wonderfully comfortable. It's definitely my top choice hotel in Chengdu, and I've already recommended it to friends!

My favorite spot was the 'Bamboo Study' in the lobby; the warm, soft lighting paired with a curated selection of cultural books just made my heart settle down the moment I started flipping through a few pages. The guest rooms are tastefully minimalist and sophisticated. Drawing back the curtains revealed traditional grey tile rooftops, with an occasional bird flying by – truly showcasing the unique character of Chengdu. Upon check-out, I even received a customized tea gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Staying here isn't just about resting; it's an absolute delight.

The hotel's location in the city center is super convenient for shopping and dining. The staff are dedicated, always smiling, and very helpful. They truly put guests first with excellent service, and even offer a thoughtful 'late-night congee' service.

Service (9.6/10): The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, offering tea upon check-in and a souvenir (fridge magnet) at check-out. Housekeeping was prompt, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out the noise from the bustling commercial area when the windows were closed.

The staff were attentive and patient, even thoughtfully recommending nearby attractions and dining options. The surrounding area is well-equipped, making dining and shopping very convenient.
