Power Stone Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley)

The room was very clean and the environment was great. It felt very upscale, and the location was excellent. The staff were super patient.

Cleanliness: Great, all towels were sealed, very hygienic and reassuring. Facilities: Quite new, with smart toilets. Environment: Located within a residential complex, so it's relatively quiet. Service: The front desk staff were very helpful. The security guard's attitude could use some improvement, and there are too few charging parking spots, so I suggest adding more.

Everything was great, but the biggest surprise was the delicious six-piece gourmet set they provided!

This hotel is right next to Tonghuimen metro station, making it super convenient to walk or take the subway to Kuanzhai Alley, Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and People's Park. Plus, Qintai Road and Xi'an Road Food Street are nearby. The interior has a lovely Chinese-style decor, and the hygiene, service, and facilities are all great. The complimentary afternoon tea with 'boboji' (chicken in chili sauce) was delicious, and they even provided welcome snacks.

Facilities: Excellent and well-maintained. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were fantastic. Environment: Great location. Service: The service in the lobby was the most commendable. When I was leaving for the airport, the young lady in the lobby even helped me with my luggage to the car parked outside. Absolutely wonderful, I'll definitely book this hotel again next time. Breakfast: Rich and varied.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, always quick to respond. The location was also very convenient for getting around. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommend it!
