Very good, clean room, nice environment, friendly staffs, and the even hav this small robot to deliver food to your room when u ordered food delivery from outside. I only managed to stay at this hotel for a night, but overall made me feel wonderful, just abit walking distance to the IFS compared to some other hotels which are nearer, but I feel if not elderly, it worth the walking. I will choose this hotel again if I have a chance to come over to Chengdu again next time.

Best of this hotel is free laundry service pick up from room and deliver to our room. We are very thankful we found this hotel for our half a month trip in China.

She is professional and attentive, she is also stepped forward to help us solve the problem of ordering **. We were so appreciated and her friendly demeanor made me feel at home. The location of this hotel is 300m away from the main shopping areas. Beside the hotel there are plenty of eateries . The room is spacious and comfortable and very clean . Very good service by the hotel staff . Love the robot who sent all the deliveries to our room . A very comfortable stay . Will stay here again in future .

experience was good, good location, good service. unlike other hotels sharing a building and having long waiting for the lift, they are a building on their own and there are 3 lifts so dont need to wait very long

I have to give this hotel a big thumbs up! The hotel has an elegant environment, clean and tidy rooms, and the details are carefully considered. The breakfast is also very delicious and rich in variety. The service is impeccable, which makes me feel like I'm at home. I will choose here again next time!

Hotel staff are amazingly good service and helped us to contact our didi driver when we lost our phone. Luckily we managed to get back! The cleanliness is good and housekeeping was very prompt. Only thing is the location is not so forward and the amenities are a little behind.
