While this hotel isn't new and the room's decor and facilities show their age, putting aside the renovation, the overall stay was exceptionally comfortable. The room was spotless, with thorough and meticulous cleaning. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in, and very responsive to requests. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without outside disturbances. The location is superb, making travel and dining very convenient. The service foundation built over time, which many newer hotels lack, truly shines here. Although the facilities aren't cutting-edge, they are very well-maintained, with no issues. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd be happy to stay again. After checking out, the front desk even gifted us cute panda accessories, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The room was clean and odor-free, and the service was excellent. We received a voucher for a traditional handicraft experience, which the kids absolutely loved. The restaurant also has a children's play area that my little one adored climbing around in. They even gave us a laundry voucher, which was a lifesaver with all the sweating in this hot weather, making sure we had clean clothes without any hassle.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. It was really easy to do laundry and use the gym facilities, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's afternoon tea. The city night views were stunning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely choose Lin'en International again when I'm next in Chengdu.

Five stars, no complaints! I was a bit worried before booking, but I was completely surprised after checking in. The hygiene is truly impeccable. The room was cleaned meticulously; the floors and bathroom were spotless, and the bedding had no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were all incredibly friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they'd be right there. Their service was very attentive and warm. Also, the hotel is quite picturesque, making for great photos. The overall experience was exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

My stay at the Chengdu Lynn International Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I originally booked it for its convenient location near IFS and Taikoo Li, but from the moment I stepped into the lobby, the experience was far better than I anticipated. First, what impressed me most was the environment and ambiance. The hotel's exterior is modern and simple, but the interior cleverly incorporates elements of Shu culture. The public areas are adorned with panda plushies and various art pieces, creating a quiet yet stylish atmosphere. Our room, located on a non-smoking floor, was spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and dry, the curtains provided excellent blackout, and the soundproofing was very effective. I have to specifically praise the staff's service. From the front desk to the room attendants, everyone greeted us with a smile and was eager to help. Their genuine and unforced enthusiasm made us feel very comfortable. The biggest bonus of this stay was the complimentary lacquer fan making activity offered by the hotel. In the afternoon, a teacher in the lobby patiently guided the children in mixing lacquer and painting fan surfaces. I initially thought it would be a casual activity, but the finished products turned out to be surprisingly elegant and traditional. Once dry, they carried a subtle lacquer scent, making for a unique souvenir and a perfect cooling accessory for subsequent days of sightseeing – fanning ourselves with our handmade fans while strolling through Taikoo Li definitely got us some admiring glances. Equally heartwarming was the complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. It was peak summer, and after a full day of sightseeing, we were hot. Returning to the hotel, we enjoyed afternoon tea and pastries, complete with chilled 'Bingfen' (ice jelly) and 'Guilinggao' (herbal jelly) along with thoughtful toppings. The hotel's attentiveness truly earned a perfect score from me. Finally, the location is absolutely 'top-notch.' An 8-minute walk to the left leads directly to IFS, with that famous climbing panda practically at your doorstep.
