SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship（Managed by SEYA GROUP）

The location is super convenient, right downstairs from Chunxi Road for shopping. The loft room was also great, well-equipped, and the housekeeper Mianbao provided excellent service.

The hotel is located next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, in a bustling area. The reception is on the 7th floor of a high-rise building; first-time visitors might need a moment to find the entrance on the ground floor. The hotel experience was excellent. After checking in on the 7th floor, a dedicated butler led us to our room and provided an introduction to its features. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a refrigerator, oven, induction cooker, coffee machine, washing machine, bathtub, and Harman Kardon sound system, making for a very comfortable and cozy stay. We even received complimentary champagne and drinks upon arrival. Hygiene was, as expected given the price point, impeccable. Cleanliness is a basic standard here. Breakfast is not included but can be added for an extra charge. You can schedule a time for it to be delivered to your room in the morning, which is very convenient for families with children. Food deliveries can also be brought to the room by a robot or a butler, which is a nice touch. Overall, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Chengdu.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. A special thanks to Tongtong! The location is super convenient, in the same building as the 3D panda projection, making coming and going very easy. A special shout-out to the concierge and their team – they respond quickly, provide excellent service, and are great at problem-solving. We felt right at home.

My stay at this hotel was great, with excellent service. A special shout-out to Bread, the butler, who helped me send a package, and to Potato, my butler, who was absolutely wonderful and even helped with my luggage – so incredibly enthusiastic! I was also very happy with the room; it was spotless.

The service was excellent, and the hotel's location was very convenient. Tudou even helped me with my luggage, and Nanfeng also provided great service!

Clean, tidy, and a great view. The room layout is well-designed and stylish. I'll definitely be back! It's located right in the heart of Chengdu, near Taikoo Li, so it's lovely to just stroll around in the evenings. Shopping and dining are also incredibly convenient.
