We got room promotion even without ask. The room is so big and beautiful. We didn’t add the breakfast since it is expensive

Good location 5 min from the metro in Tianfu Square. There is a swimming pool and has a nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are very clean and cosy.

The hotel is pretty nice with good location and view. Quite old, some strange dirty spots on walls and furniture. Some check-in ladies are not nice, but ither staff is polite and helpful.
Swimming pool didn't work during our stay, that was not communicated in advance.
Breakfast is good.
The hotel requires deep cleaning of rooms, furniture and walls.

房間裝修是比較老式的五星裝修，温馨莊重，兩張1.4米寬的大床適合家庭親子，地理位置很好，離天府廣場地鐵站步行十分鐘多，周邊有成都博物館和科技館，非常近，出行吃飯都方便，下次去還會住！建議浴室洗髮水沐浴的蓋子等用固定裝置固定，可隨意打開的大瓶裝不敢用！健身房很贊，但泳池在換水，沒用到，孩子有點失望！

房間挺大的，環境也很好，位置優越，主要是酒店的人很nice，我們定的特價房也很熱情的滿足我們的需求。住了兩晚第二天匆忙趕路有個東西丟了我們自己沒發現。酒店打電話來詢問是否需要快遞寄送，並贈送了小禮品，讓我們對酒店的印象提升了很多。成都很好下次再來

城市名人酒店的位置還是比較中心的，離地鐵站也不是太遠，大概4百米左右。房間的性價比還是可以的，早餐價格有些貴。周邊離天府廣場和人民公園都不是太遠。洗浴的水也比較大，但是設施有點老化，洗浴的水都漏到外面地面了，很不方便。另外，人民公園的采耳感覺也是小坑，很快敷衍就搞完了，避坑吧，各位兄台。

應該是選了很久的一個酒店，開始覺得價格比較低，大概是名宿改建的，去了之後發現那麼大氣標準的酒店。靠地鐵近、服務響應速度快。晚上10點多了，面盆下水閥門有點問題，打了電話之後，非常及時迅速響應來了師傅修繕，值得推薦，絕對性價比之王
