IntercityHotel Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street

The room was very spacious, and my stay was excellent. The hotel is located right in Chunxi Road. The environment is very comfortable, and the facilities are comprehensive. They even have robots that deliver items. The hairdryer was also great. The lobby on the first floor is elegant and bright, and there's a self-service coffee machine. The drinks in the room were complimentary, which was a nice touch. It's a fantastic hotel; I'll definitely come back again.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Chengdu, and I definitely made the right decision! I stayed for two nights initially and then extended my stay. The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian street, which is very lively and convenient for shopping. There are plenty of restaurants and a mall downstairs, with hot pot and local snack shops right at the doorstep! The hotel is very new, with a stylish and elegant decor. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel robes were incredibly soft. The room even came with an iron. The staff were all wonderful; the front desk ladies and gentlemen always greeted me with a smile, which was very heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the Dandan noodles were just as good as those from outside restaurants! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with many popular snacks available for delivery right to my room door via robot. You really can't go wrong staying here when you visit Chengdu~

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's very close to the IFS panda landmark, and Taikoo Li is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also direct scenic shuttle buses and a subway station nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient! There are plenty of great restaurants in the area too! The hotel is newly opened with very comfortable bedding and a stylish decor. The breakfast is abundant, offering both Chinese and Western buffet options to cater to different guest preferences. The service was excellent; they even gave us a small panda plushie as a souvenir when we left. Highly recommend!

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities and equipment are brand new. Cleanliness: It's clean, hygienic, and tidy. The bedding is very comfortable. Environment: The location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, there are all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around. It's especially perfect for shopping lovers like me and my friends; we can just come back to rest whenever we get tired from shopping. Environment: Very good. Service: Warm and attentive. Any issues are resolved immediately. Minibar: It has drinks and beer, and the staff refills everything the next day. Coffee Freedom: There's coffee available in the lobby for self-service, so you can enjoy unlimited coffee here.

The first major plus is the hotel's fantastic location, which offers excellent transportation links. It's incredibly close to metro exits C and D, with D being even closer, just a four to five-minute walk. Staying here in Chunxi Road is super convenient, surrounded by numerous malls like IFS, and you'll even spot the 'Panda Climbing Wall' on your way to the subway, so no need for a special detour to see it. This location is also a convenient departure point for direct buses to attractions like Sanxingdui and Dujiangyan. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is set back, making it relatively quiet. The second advantage is that the hotel is quite new, so the cleanliness is definitely up to par. Thirdly, the breakfast is great and quite extensive. Every morning, you'll see a lot of people dining, which shows it's well-regarded. The variety is decent, with many opting for the freshly prepared rice noodles, regular noodles, and 'chaoshou' (wontons). There's even roasted pork hock and 'Bo Bo Chicken' every morning, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The fruit is fresh, though the vegetable selection isn't particularly wide. My fourth highlight is the warm and friendly service. I received ice cream upon check-in and a panda 🐼 plush toy upon check-out. On my check-out day, I wanted to extend by an hour, and a quick call to the front desk was all it took. The breakfast runs until 10 AM; on my last day, I completely forgot about the time, but when I called the front desk at 9:50 AM, they still said I could go and eat. Overall, hotel service nowadays is generally quite good. I highly recommend staying in Chunxi Road.

There's a self-service coffee machine in the lobby, so you can enjoy unlimited coffee – total coffee freedom! Plus, there's a little robot that delivers things to your door, so you don't have to keep running up and down. The service was really warm and friendly, and they accommodated my room requests. I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time!
