Excellent service and large apartment with 3 bedrooms. Clean, well equipped with amenities. Very spacious. 3 bathrooms. It's not the newest apartment but location and space makes up for it. Well kept. Good breakfast with decent spread. Great location. Drawback is the lift access as we took the service elevator up to the 40th floor. Can be slow during peak periods as the other two elevators are regular ones. Staff are friendly and everything is Comm thru We Chat. They are attentive and helpful. Bringing up water and amenities if asked. Has a washing machine and kitchen area. Dryer doesn't work well. Overall staff is attentive and great location. Like it that Molly Tea is just downstairs.

The room was big and clean. The bed was really comfy. The staffs were helpful. It’s easy to communicate with them via WeChat. There are restaurants, Lawson, Molly tea and Starbucks nearby the apartment. It’s quite convenient.

Stayed 4 nights in a 1 bed apartment. Facilities throughout the hotel are clean and functional. The room was well kept during our stay and staff are very responsive. The hotel is very well placed near Tianfu square, and within walking distance of many attractions. Despite the location the noise levels are not high, and it was easy to get a good nights sleep. English speaking staff are available, which although not required when my wife is Chinese, was a reassuring addition. This hotel would be perfect for English speaking tourists.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Chengdu! The location is very convenient, and there is a proper counter for check-in, which made the whole process smooth and easy. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. All the staff, including the housekeeper, were polite and very helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated that the room comes with a washing machine with dryer function, which was very convenient during our trip. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Chengdu next time!
