I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours. Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels. The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat. Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing. The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed. The toilet paper was far too thin. Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used? There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned."
