The room was clean and tidy, the two bosses were very good, there were cute dogs in the store, and the recommended nearby attractions were also good. We went to the Huamei Resort Resort and the autumn scenery was very beautiful. You can also help to call a chartered car to the south slope. It is a pity that the Tianchi was closed on the first day and did not go up. The next day I saw the beautiful Tianchi on the west slope, which was a worthwhile trip. The only suggestion is to add waterproof strips in the shower, and it will be more convenient to take a bath.

Our stay at this B&B in Songjianghe Town was absolutely fantastic! It's right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, making it super convenient for getting to the West Slope. The B&B is beautifully decorated with an elegant and comfortable ambiance, and the rooms are spotless. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They have seven adorable cats in the courtyard, plus two cute bunnies – they're all so charming! There's also a fish pond, and my child caught 8 fish in just two hours; they were thrilled! The kitchen even helped us cook them, and they tasted delicious! Traveling with kids, this place made our little one incredibly happy. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain!

The hotel's hygiene is excellent; every cleaning was meticulous. After seeing guests check out following our four-night stay, they diligently changed the bedding and cleaned thoroughly. When my family needed a clothes rack, Ms. Lu Hongjuan from housekeeping immediately brought one over after a guest returned theirs. She also installed a child safety gate and reminded us of the safety precautions, which was a huge help for us traveling with both elderly and young children. When we needed items like water and toilet paper, she literally ran to get them for us. This hotel truly has a heart!

The bunk beds alone deserve a perfect score! No child can resist them. They even provide bed rails. The hotel lobby has toys, so waiting for the shuttle isn't boring. Plus, the shuttles are frequent and the signs are clear. While Songguoli is a bit far from the commercial street, the shuttle service makes it acceptable, and the price is much cheaper than hotels near the commercial street, offering great value for money. The complimentary activities were also generous. We had two adults and two children, and even though one child wasn't tall enough for some activities, they let the older child play twice, which was very thoughtful. The hotel concierge was also very responsive. The evening firework show was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended! The other performances were also good. I prefer it here over Wanda. The shuttle buses are more frequent, making for a better experience.

After the Mid-Autumn Festival here, the moon cakes were very sweet, and I saw the fireworks, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I brought my parents to live for 3 days and the whole family was very satisfied! In the homestay, quiet in the middle of noisy, there is a small yard at the door, and a small vegetable garden planted by the boss himself. It is very warm and clean. My parents can drink tea and sunbathe there every morning. The boss was very patient and helped us plan a slow tour route that was not in a hurry. The location was simply excellent and it was very close to our attractions. The room is quiet, the layout is warm and distinctive, the furniture in the comfortable room is not sharp corners, the hot water is stable for 24 hours, and the water temperature is also suitable for elders. The hygiene is done carefully, and there is no dust in the depths of the wardrobe. My parents said that it is more comfortable than living at home! No matter the facilities, sanitation, environment, and service are impeccable in all aspects, it is simply the best choice for travel!

I forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

I arrived by train on the 13th, and it was pouring rain on the way to the hotel, getting even heavier by the time I pulled in. The front desk handed me the room cards. When I asked for directions to the villa area, they told me to ask a staff member at the entrance. But it was chaos out there, with the heavy rain, numerous tourists, and hotel staff all mixed together. I immediately WeChat messaged the concierge. She offered to send a staff member to guide us. I said it was too messy right then and asked for the villa address so I could drive myself, also asking if there was a reception at the villa area. She confirmed there was a reception on the first floor. When we found our villa, there was no attendant on the first floor. Since I was on the second floor, I had to carry my own luggage up. I contacted the concierge again, and she replied, 'We just don't have attendants on the first floor here!' I reminded her that she had told me there would be one, which was why I came. Eventually, she sent a bellhop to help me with the bags. The bedding was only for two people; nothing was prepared for the child. So, I had to bother the hotel again to send another set of bedding. The blanket and pillow they brought were wet and covered in mud. I took photos and sent them to the concierge, who replied that it was because of the rain and their staff were all wet. The soundproofing in the villa rooms was terrible; I could hear the neighbors chatting all night. The next day, we moved to the apartment area, and still, there was no bedding for the child. When I asked the concierge, she said, 'All the rooms are full now, so we really don't have any more bedding. If we did, I would definitely give it to you.' I was stunned and asked how my child was supposed to sleep. She then offered two duvet covers and suggested turning up the heating. She insisted there was absolutely nothing else. Out of options, I contacted Ctrip to explain the situation. Ctrip then contacted the hotel, and soon after, the concierge called, saying she had found a blanket from another hotel and that I should just contact her directly for anything in the future. I can't imagine if Ctrip hadn't intervened, would the hotel have just not provided a blanket? The service quality was really subpar. We had to ask about the hotel's restaurant locations ourselves; no one told us during check-in. On the first day, I asked the concierge about dining options, and she recommended a 'iron pot stew' place that was a 5-minute drive away. It wasn't far, but the road had no streetlights and was pitch black. Later, I discovered there was a commercial street right next to the main hotel building with another 'iron pot stew' place and barbecue. Turns out the hotel must have some connection to that first 'iron pot stew' restaurant!

This hotel is located at the very end of the Changbai Mountain Wanda Resort. The room size is standard, but the bathroom isn't particularly spacious. The king-sized bed is huge, perfect for families traveling with children. Check-in and daily services were very good, and our questions were answered promptly. The pancakes for breakfast were delicious. Getting around the resort requires taking the resort's small train, which runs every hour on the hour and half-hour, which is very convenient. It's also easy to get a taxi outside the resort, as there are many available. The hotel benefits included complimentary access to the water park and hot springs, among other things.

Communication was incredibly smooth, and her problem-solving skills are top-notch! 👍 She also thoughtfully adjusted our package and arranged hotel activities, allowing us to fully experience the joy of a family-friendly hotel. My sincere thanks! Environment: Located at the foot of Changbai Mountain, the environment speaks for itself. However, the location is a bit remote, and there are no other amenities nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there are even three deer, which captivated the children. I suggest adding washing machines, as they are essential for longer trips. Hygiene: There were some cobwebs in the corners of the door. Considering it's a mountain house, it's understandable – a minor issue that was completely overshadowed by the excellent service. 😊

The room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
