YYouxiandebaiyunThe hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. Thank you all for your care and attention; a big thumbs up to the hotel! 👍

The location of the hotel is easy to find with the navigation. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered the door. It was exactly the same as the picture, and it was even brighter, warmer, clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and were going to the west slope the next morning. The boss lady is super good, patiently answering questions from the beginning of the stay, providing travel guides. The location is very close to the Xipo Visitor Center, about five minutes, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off is very intimate.
Thank you for your intentions and adding too many good memories to our trip. I have already recommended it to my friends, see you next time!

MM432724****Traveling to Changbai Mountain with friends, staying at this hotel was incredibly worth it! The overall environment is clean and tidy, with no clutter at all. The room has great natural light and is quiet, making it very comfortable to stay in. The owner was even more warm and thoughtful, not only helping us plan our itinerary but also kindly reminding us about temperature changes in the mountains, which made us feel especially cared for. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Changbai Mountain!

MM681841****This guesthouse really exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Wanda International Resort, with no detours needed. The decor is cozy with traditional heated 'kang' beds, which I'd never experienced before – so comfortable and warm. The natural light is amazing; you can see the Qinglong ski slope from the ski resort right from your window. The room was decorated so warmly, I immediately felt a great sense of hospitality. This guesthouse has everything you need, with a supermarket and restaurant on-site. The owner even built their own small ski slope, which we all had a blast on! The owner is incredibly nice, responds to messages super fast, and provided clear directions and check-in instructions before our arrival. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully asked if we needed any help. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this guesthouse again! I honestly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is centrally located within the Wanda Resort, with the ski slopes just a short walk away. Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient.
The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful.
The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. TTangbutiandexiaowuI was pretty satisfied with the check-in process. Right at the airport exit, you can spot the Wanda Resort shuttle staff, and the bus is conveniently located nearby in the parking lot. Upon arriving at the MoMo Hotel, you need to download a WeChat mini-program to access the resort's perks. The ski passes for the ski benefits can be obtained right at the entrance, no need to go to the ski town (which gets very crowded). Around the ski town, there are many restaurants (where they usually offer free rides back to the hotel with your purchase) and supermarkets (prices are generally double the normal rate). There's an internal shuttle bus that runs every half hour to all the attractions. Dining and entertainment are pretty much confined to the resort itself; outside, it's quite barren, not as developed as the North Slope area.

Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

GGuest UserPark Hyatt is the best hotel in Changbaishan town, with the most prime location and views. It has a private ski-in/ski-out access right outside, leading directly to the gondola station, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, though the temperature was a bit low. The swimming pool and hot springs are excellent, with comfortable water temperatures, making for a great experience. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the quality is good. It's definitely the top choice for skiing at Wanda.

He patiently answered my daily inquiries and meticulously planned my travel routes. His professionalism and thoughtfulness were evident in every detail. Sshaney yeo jun xinA truly unique and memorable experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness.
We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. In addition, 陆陆 took the time to recommend many places to visit and shared detailed information, which made our trip even more enjoyable and well-planned.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are so attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.
