"Facilities: Really comprehensive, with everything you need for food and entertainment. Hygiene: It's already quite good, considering it's an older hotel. Environment: Full marks for the environment! The free cable car 🚠 to the mountain top offers stunning views, and the entire resort environment is excellent. Just strolling around the commercial street is very pleasant. Service: Staff are visible everywhere, ready to answer any questions. From the moment we landed, they were incredibly responsive to all our requests! Big thumbs up 👍 We were also lucky enough to see the iron flower and fireworks 🎆 display, which was fantastic. With two kids, we made the most of all the complimentary activities, which made it very worthwhile. Looking forward to visiting again in winter!"

"Five-star hotel, very new, conveniently located a five-minute walk from the Xipo Distribution Center. The entire hotel is smart home, controlled by a smart speaker. Comfortable bedding, delicious and varied breakfast, and great coffee in the lobby. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly."

"Although the room was a bit old, the cleanliness and service were still excellent. The butler checked in with us daily, provided weather updates and information about hotel activities. They were especially attentive to safety during rainy weather and readily provided anything we needed. When our child accidentally got a bump while playing outside, they immediately sent up iodine after a phone call. The breakfast spread was plentiful and suitable for both seniors and children. It started as early as 6:30 AM, which was perfect for visiting Tianchi Lake, as many other hotels only start serving breakfast after 7 AM. Going to Tianchi early in the morning greatly increases your chances of seeing the lake, and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse. On the 17th, Tianchi closed and stopped admissions after 10 AM. The Wanda Realm Suite practically included access to all Wanda resort activities. If you visited the water park, the hotel provided a laundry room with dryers, as well as disinfectant and laundry detergent. Just be aware that there can be long queues during peak times, so plan your schedule accordingly. Regarding Wanda perks: The cable car offered incredibly beautiful views (complimentary on first stay, unlimited rides on the same day), but it only operates on clear days. Other perks included the Wacool boat ride, a choice between the slide or luge, hot springs, and the water park. The boat rides and slides are also weather-dependent (clear days only), while grass-sliding is an additional charge. I recommend prioritizing the slide/luge queue first (children must be 12+ years old and over 155cm to ride alone; otherwise, an adult must accompany them) as the wait times can be very long. You can then do grass-sliding later (it has longer operating hours and no queues). The boat ride also has long queues. We didn't get to it in the afternoon/evening, but we managed to enjoy all the most exciting activities."

"Before I list all the issues encountered during this trip, I'd like to commend the following staff members (whose full names I unfortunately don't know): Butler Xiao Song, Duty Manager Xiao Gao on August 6th, and Duty Manager Xiao Wang on August 7th. I was satisfied with their service attitude and efficiency; my dissatisfaction lies with the hotel's management and some other personnel. Below, I will truthfully recount my experience: 1. **Check-in on August 5th**: We checked into the hotel before 3 PM. Out of three rooms, only one twin room was ready. We went for dinner and returned around 4:30 PM, only to be told another room was still not ready! After urging, it was cleaned within 20 minutes, allowing everyone to finally check in. 2. **Incident on August 6th**: After returning from an outing, my wife slipped and slightly twisted her ankle in the room. The reason was a large amount of water on the floor (photos will be attached), clearly left after cleaning and not dried promptly. Upon immediate complaint, the duty manager arranged an upgrade to a suite (a serious issue, but the solution was acceptable). 3. **The Most Serious Issue**: Around 8 PM on the evening of the 6th, the air conditioning in the suite felt ineffective. Maintenance was called, and we were told the AC was fine, just that the room was large and it would cool down eventually. By 10:30 PM, it was still ineffective. When we requested another check, we were informed that the AC in this room (3052) was indeed faulty! It couldn't be repaired that day! Given how late it was, I only asked the duty manager to quickly arrange another problem-free room so we could rest, and I didn't pursue further complaints. Since I don't know the name of this maintenance worker, I can't name him, but his behavior was appalling! The hotel should bear full responsibility for this. I'd also like to state that I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and usually enjoy staying at Marriott brand hotels. However, due to the points mentioned above, my experience this stay was extremely poor! This is not the service standard or staff quality expected from a five-star hotel! For all these issues, I reserve the right to continue complaining and seek compensation. I urge both Trip.com and Marriott Group to take these issues seriously and provide timely feedback!"

"Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, its rustic American wooden style stands the test of time; it doesn't feel old, it's just the aesthetic! The room has dual air conditioning, and the drying rack is very practical! The only downside is no bathtub 🛁. Hygiene: Very clean, the room was cleaned daily on time. Environment: Truly Swiss-style, from the hotel building itself to the large green slopes. The lobby is a bit small and not very well-planned, feeling a bit chaotic. Service: The WeChat concierge, Holly, was incredibly responsive. No matter how late at night, she would reply promptly to messages, arrange for water or other items to be delivered, and resolved issues very efficiently with an excellent attitude 👌🏻. Changbaishan Airport Transfer (shared, not private): Very punctual. Although it wasn't a one-on-one transfer, the car basically left as soon as we got in, so there was no delay. Breakfast for Consecutive Stays: The breakfast definitely isn't five-star quality, which I have to complain about. It's really quite poor, with very few options and not high-class at all – basically on par with a high-end budget hotel. Considering how expensive the room rates are during the summer, they really haven't improved the quality…"

"Holiday Inn Express is located within the Mida Resort! The resort has three star-rated hotels. The restaurants are high-end and elegant, and the hotel facilities are also comprehensive, such as the gym and laundry room. Staying here also offers many free activities for us to experience, which the children loved. There's no need to book activities in advance, just show up. Butler Yueyuan is efficient and provides heartfelt service."

"When I checked in at the front desk, the staff member in the orange uniform had a stern look on her face throughout the process. I was given benefits through the Wanda mini-program, but I realized there was no hot spring access. I had to go back to the front desk to ask and was told I needed to scan a different QR code. The room was very small and extremely dim. There was a square table, and I had hoped to have my child do some homework, but it was too dark. I asked housekeeping if there was a desk lamp I could borrow, but there wasn't. When the central air conditioning was turned on, I started sneezing uncontrollably, probably due to dust in the vents. Both the toilet and shower rooms had large wooden sliding doors, and the tracks were incredibly difficult to slide. The breakfast was mediocre, with freshly baked pancakes. The restaurant's air conditioning was insufficient, making it very hot. Pros: The hotel's back door leads directly to a commercial street, which is quite convenient. However, the signage in the hallways is poor, making it easy to get lost or take a long route. Checkout was smooth. The front desk staff didn't ask for a good review like a Sheraton butler might, perhaps knowing their service was a bit subpar. The two large dogs in the hotel lobby were gentle and cute. The lobby sofas were also very comfortable, a good spot to relax while waiting for the 3 PM check-in. The benefits provided by the Wanda resort were underwhelming. The cable car ride was scorching hot, and there were long queues. Hannashan Hot Spring charged an additional management fee and was very unsanitary. I wouldn't recommend taking children there, as it felt like a breeding ground for germs and viruses. The water activities were so sunny they made you feel like you were smoking. The water park had an overpowering smell of disinfectant. All things considered, next time I bring my child, I will not choose the Hyatt, which had the highest price and the worst service."

"Escaping the summer heat, I came to Changbaishan Yuehua Hotel. The lush greenery in the park and fresh air made for a pleasant stay, and the room was cool and well-ventilated. I have to commend Manager David for his attentive and kind service. He handled all my requests, from luggage to shuttle services and hot spring inquiries, perfectly. The experience was top-notch!"

"Trusting an established brand, I chose The Westin, but was utterly disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff and hotel butlers were all very warm and attentive. The parking garage attendant was also excellent and very considerate, especially when the garage was full. While I had anticipated the hotel facilities would be dated, given it's been open for many years, my actual stay was a huge letdown. I really hope the hotel management seriously considers renovating the property. Firstly, the room number design and signage on the same floor are confusing. I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours. Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels. The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat. Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing. The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed. The toilet paper was far too thin. Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used? There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned."
