"The room was great, but if you're sensitive to noise, I'd suggest avoiding the 13th floor, as you can easily hear the pool. The pool on the 14th floor is fantastic and very photogenic. If you're checking in late at night, it's self check-in with no staff available. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided for free, but you can buy them from the vending machine on the first floor."

"The location is very near Busan station but far enough not to be noisy. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful which makes a big difference! The view from the swimming pool, especially at night is stunning. A great experience! I would recommend this hotel for short visits."

"Check in was smooth and I come for the design of the hotel. Location is Right at the beach and the Blue Line park train station. The swimming pool is superb at the roof top with stunning ocean view. Appreciated the floor manager who he has also studied in Australia had offered some chilled beverages to welcome us added a heart warming experience in our stay! Until next time we will see again! Check in time is very straight at 3:00 pm and 11:00 am check out time is very common in Busan, however it would be stressful a bit for slow travelers who had a red eye flight arrived 6am would be challenging. So I had to pay extra for checking in earlier. Dining services seem not happening within the hotel but some restaurants are in walking distance along the beach."

"When I was choosing a hotel, I really wanted a large 1.8-meter bed and a sea view. This hotel perfectly fit the bill. The room was spacious with L-shaped windows offering great sea views. Upon check-in, they provided a box of delicious small pastries. They also provided two capsule coffees daily, one caffeinated and one decaffeinated. On the fourth floor, there's a Starbucks and a convenience store, which is very handy. The infinity pool on the sixth floor, though not large, offers an amazing view. There aren't many hotels that have direct access to the beach and trees right outside, only this one and the one next door. The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach, within walking distance. You can also walk along the coastline to the APEC House Park. The room cleaning was impeccable every day, and it was quiet at night. The only downside is that the room doors can be a bit noisy, especially when neighboring rooms open their doors at night. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Busan."

"We had a great stay at Haeundae Central Hotel. It’s located conveniently close to the beachfront and boardwalk, where restaurants and cafes are located. 3 things that made our stay worthwhile: 1. Heated pool on the rooftop. The views are amazing, and a heated pool after spending the day at the beach is luxurious to relax in. 2. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We stayed in a 2-bed room, and there was plenty of room for 3 of us with luggage. 3. The location is perfect to take advantage of all Busan has to offer. Walking distance to lots of local attractions including the Blueline Park Mipo Station, Haeundae Beach etc. along with excellent room prices. 3 things that could have improved the experience: 1. A room cleaning schedule. While I appreciated getting new towels most mornings, and the hotels commitment to a green planet, remembering to see reception to organise a room clean was a hassle. By the time we remembered, it was too late in the day. Our room wasn’t serviced the entire 5days we stayed and we ran out of in room amenities like water and toilet paper. Implementing a clean every second day would improve the stay & continue to commit to their green standards. 2. Pool towels. If you’re going to offer a pool, extra towels would greatly improve the stay. We were travelling internationally and didn’t think we’d need to being beach AND pool towels. We ended up using our beach towels and getting sand all over the place. 3. A shower curtain. The shower curtain would stop water getting absolutely EVERYWHERE anytime someone took a shower"
