The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They offer free airport shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and smart, equipped with a smart assistant (Xiaodu) and automatic curtains. Breakfast was also good – it's a small place but has everything you need. It's also convenient for dining out. Overall, it's great value for money. This time, Trip.com gave me two free rooms through points, and a late checkout until 2:00 PM was a big plus.

This is a new hotel and it's peak season, so they're a bit short-staffed. I even had to help clear a table to find a spot for breakfast! 😂 But I really appreciate that the laundry room isn't on a guest floor; it's in the staff area. Otherwise, the smell and noise from the laundry would definitely be unpleasant. The smart lighting in the room needs some work on its scene settings; the 'soft' and 'reading' modes could definitely be a bit dimmer.

The transportation was very convenient, and the two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally kind. They warmly provided sanitary pads when I arrived in the middle of the night. The rice noodles for breakfast were also delicious, with a good variety. There wasn't much noise at night when I arrived. The Jianshui BBQ next to the hotel was also super tasty, I couldn't stop eating it!

I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, as I had an early morning flight. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was decent, and they had freshly ground coffee. I'm giving a low rating because on the day I checked in, the front desk told me that downloading a mini-program would upgrade me to a 'deluxe room.' As a frequent business traveler, I can usually tell the difference between room standards. The so-called deluxe room was very ordinary and located on a low floor facing the street. I asked to change rooms, but the other rooms I saw were similar to the 'deluxe' one, which gave me a bad first impression. Most importantly, I didn't get a good night's sleep for either of the two nights I stayed due to poor soundproofing. On the first night, the neighbors were making a lot of noise, chatting and singing until midnight. My room didn't have a phone, so after contacting the front desk, they said they'd send someone over right away, but no one came to address the issue for a long time. I had to bang on the wall to get them to quiet down a bit. On the second night, the neighbors were still talking non-stop until very late, and the shops downstairs were playing music until midnight. I had to wake up at 4 AM the next day for my flight, but the noise kept me from sleeping well. It was a very bad stay, and I won't be coming back.

The room was clean and odor-free, and the location was very convenient. There's a small plaza behind the hotel with dining options. The front desk staff was very friendly, and they even offer airport transfers in the morning. Really good!
