IntercityHotel Budapest ★★★★
"The location is super convenient, with a view of the Central Station from the window."
Flow Spaces ★★
"The rooms were super clean, beds are premade. Bathroom were clean too, shampoo is provided. However, towels are not provided. Location is good too as it is both close too the danube river and a metro station. The market is right next to it too."
Novotel Budapest City ★★★★
"Convenient location, average breakfast, overall stay = good"
City Hotel Unio ★★★
"location is super"
Ibis Budapest Castle Hill ★★★
"The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are quite basic. What made me really angry was that I left my pajamas on the bed, and when I came back at night, although the bed had been made, my pajamas were thrown on the floor! They could have easily been placed on the nearby chair, but instead, they were tossed on the ground! Even if they had accidentally fallen, the staff could have at least picked them up. But they didn’t even bother! It completely ruined my mood. I’m so upset!"
Maverick Budapest Soho ★★
Hostel on Kazinczy Street in the heart of the ruin bars, with privacy curtains, just four minutes from the Great Synagogue.
voco Budapest D8 by IHG ★★★★
"The location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The breakfast offers a relatively good variety of dishes, and it helped alleviate the common vegetable deficiency often experienced in Central Europe. The room, however, was smaller than expected, making it difficult for two people to open large suitcases simultaneously. Overall, it was a good value for money stay."
Mövenpick Hotel Budapest Centre ★★★★
1911 landmark building near the Blaha Lujza tér (M2) metro station, featuring the Palace restaurant set in historic interiors.
You Hotel Budapest - Handwritten Collection ★★★★
"A beautiful hotel with a stylish ambiance, very friendly staff, and a great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Absolutely recommendable!"

Prime Stay Budapest
"Overall, a good stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was straightforward. However, it's noticeable that the apartments and hallways are showing their age and could use a refresh. Nevertheless, the price was right and we were satisfied overall."
Dormero Hotel Budapest
"Excellent hotel right in the center of Budapest. The staff were very responsive. Impeccable room. We had a late check-in, but everything was ready for our arrival. Fast check-in process. Highly recommend!!!"
Hotel Foldana
"You have to be really careful with this hotel. They may credit your card for the whole stay without your consent if you do not appear in a due time. No good reason is taken into account by the property management - they do not care, just money. Watch out when making booking with this property."
Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest
"We had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu Béke Hotel in Budapest. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable, and every detail is maintained to a high standard. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic—it’s close to the city center, and many of Budapest’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance, so there’s no need to take a taxi. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our stay. If you’re visiting Budapest, I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again!"
Hilton Budapest
"The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. It's right next to Fisherman's Bastion. Getting a room felt like opening a mystery box; we didn't hit the jackpot this time, but if you're looking to catch the sunrise or sunset over Budapest, overlooking the Danube, this is definitely the top choice. Plus, the hotel restaurant is amazing – I highly recommend the duck breast!"
Aria Hotel Budapest by Library Hotel Collection
A music-themed boutique hotel just 100m from St. Stephen's Basilica, featuring four wings (classical, opera, jazz, and pop), the High Note rooftop bar, and a spa.

An 1896 hotel with an Art Deco-style Royal Spa, featuring a pool, saunas, thermal treatments, and just two stops on the M1 from the Széchenyi Thermal Bath.

Danubius Hotel Arena
"The staff was very nice, the hotel is very close to the metro station."
Lion's Garden Hotel
"A very suitable hotel for family trips, not far from New York Cafe, and 30 minutes walk to the main attractions. Very comfortable and clean! Free parking at the door on weekends."
Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"Excellent hotel, the best stop on our Budapest trip. The hotel's service was impeccable, and breakfast was fantastic. A perfect journey! The hotel pool and restaurant also have great ambiance."
Verdi Budapest Aquincum
"Our group of five arrived at the hotel in the evening and entered the lobby. We felt the unique and warm decoration style of the hotel. The hotel front desk warmly received us. Although the room was not large, the facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. The only downside was that there was no shower room, and the surroundings were quiet, allowing us to enjoy a deep sleep. The breakfast on the second day was diverse and very rich. The restaurant environment was also very good. The staff were well-dressed and elegant. Sitting by the window, the sunlight shone in, and the mood for the day was bright. It is very close to the main attractions in the city. I will continue to choose this hotel when I have the opportunity to visit Budapest again."
Hotel Castle Garden
"Good hotel in a good location, public transport nearby."
Prestige Hotel Budapest
Boutique hotel in a 19th-century city palace, featuring the Michelin-starred restaurant, rooms with Cavalli furniture, and just 4 minutes from the Chain Bridge.
Expo Tower by Mellow Mood Hotels
"Nice hotel and amazing breakfast"
Continental Hotel Budapest
"The hotel is well located to walk around and there are great places to eat nearby. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and river. The hotel is very nice in the entrance with a dramatically beautiful lobby, but the rooms are small, dark and in my case not very clean. Before I keep with the negative aspects, I’d like to make a special remark to Mr. Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!! I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!! Back to the negative: My room didn’t have a bath (my friend’s on the same floor did 🥲) and the furniture was old and kind of sad. The worst was the shower. It was so tiny and badly designed that it was impossible to use the shampoo without getting it all washed away. Breakfast was very good, specially if you are an early bird like me and can enjoy the 7am opening service with fresh bread, amazing eggs and the cauliflower which was my ultimate favorite!! All in all, pleasant stay, made much better by Janos!!!!!"
