4-Star Hotels in Budapest

The Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them. The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava), The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air. The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. I’m travelling often Budapest Location: far from city centre but close to airport Hotel New designed spacious room Room nicely decorated with lovely bathroom 👍 Bed to firm and not to comfy but is my personal preference What I really don’t like tramway just side on building and u feel like shaking room and very nosy 🙁 I’m booked hotel one night and came from Istanbul I has early flights but tyred so I know I’m gonna arrive around one hour before my chek in Called reception 6am she not happy request earlier check in if that possible then she sad 20 euro to get in hour early ! Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

I enjoyed my stay since the hotel has renovated rooms that are quite spacious. However I can't say the same about the spa and thermal bath. They were outdated and not really comfortable

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Fisherman's Bastion and a 5-minute walk from Szechenyi Chain Bridge and the Hungarian National Museum. You can cross the bridge for a Danube River cruise. The breakfast was good. Toiletries and slippers were provided. Lemon water was available at the front desk all day. The bedding was comfortable, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy, so I turned it off. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is great for families, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There's a subway station right around the corner, and the famous New York Cafe is also within easy walking distance.

Had the best experience staying at this hotel! The main pros are the location (convenient to get to from the airport, the bus stops right by the hotel; most attractions are within walking distance, and all types of transport stop near the hotel); delicious breakfasts; and comfort in the room (air temperature, pillows, and mattress). The staff responds to requests very quickly. I would have liked slippers and a robe in the room, and daily water replenishment – a bottle of water was only provided on the first day. Before checking out, we noticed that there was water available at the dispenser near the reception.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us. We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for an early check-in, and they did their best to help us. The apartment is clean, modern, nice. We were impressed by the choice of pillows! We had a good sleep. The view from the balcony was astonishing! The location is great, 15-40 minutes on foot to main places of interest, the tram stop, bus stops, the Spar supermarkets are nearby. But at night it might sometimes be noisy because of the neighbours. We didn’t want to leave - our staying was perfect!

The hotel is located right by the Danube River, and you can catch the yellow tram right outside. The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and there are Chinese signs everywhere. There are also plenty of rooms. It's not far from the M2 metro line. You can enjoy views of the Hungarian Parliament Building from across the river. The room amenities are also good, and the air conditioning is powerful. Breakfast is relatively abundant, so you definitely won't go hungry.
