The room was very satisfactory and the front desk staff was very friendly. There is a sauna and lounge in the basement. There were few people when we went there, so we reserved the whole place. I will go there again next time.

Very convenient location - the center! Just a few minutes to the tram and the same to the metro. The room is cozy, there is everything you need. Dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. The staff is very polite, they explain everything you need, ask several times if everything is okay, if you liked everything. The reception is on the 2nd floor and works only from 10 to 19. A very convenient option is that after checking out you can leave your things at the reception until 18:00. Please note that there is no shampoo and shower gel. The furniture is no longer new. We also booked a room with breakfast, but this is not a full breakfast buffet that is written about in the description. This is a basket with juice, waffles, bread, butter, jams, 3in1 coffee, tea and honey. If you want a full breakfast (buffet), then you need to pay 12 lei per person.

Just a simple clean room and no view for most standard category which we stayed but hospitality of door gentlemen , receptionist and concierge are really elevated our stay. Customer there also very different . Location is very very good to shop and dine. The restaurant concierge recommended was so good !!!

This hotel is highly recommended. The price is very suitable and the transportation is very convenient. There are cafes and restaurants within walking distance. It is convenient to go everywhere. It is much better than that New York Cafe Hotel! There are many restaurants nearby. You can order without breakfast. It is also a good choice to go to a nearby cafe for breakfast.

Hotel well connected by public transport and not far from pubs, restaurants and minimarkets. Small but nice and comfortable room, bathroom a bit to be revised. Very kind staff, especially Patrick and also the brunette girl at the reception whose name I don't remember. In general all the staff was very friendly and professional. Good breakfast, only flaw the hot drinks are not prepared at the moment, but there is a do-it-yourself machine. Satisfied with this structure, I recommend it.

Conveniently located just a minute away from Metro line M3 stop. Lots of food shop around. Near comfortable room with adequate amenities. Front desk staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel is located on a small street in the Jewish Quarter, across from bars and restaurants. The street is not very clean, but full of life. This neighborhood is relatively safe, with Japanese and Chinese restaurants not far downstairs. It is only 2 blocks away from the subway station M2 (red line) (exit H) and the Tram (tram) Blaha Lujza Tér station, which is very close. The main entrance of the apartment has only a single door, which is unattended and requires a password to enter. Going into the narrow corridor lined with trash cans, there is an apartment building yard, which is a bit old. The old-fashioned European elevator needs to open the outer door manually. When pressing the elevator, pay attention to the mezzanine between 0 and 1. When I got to the room, the decoration was very modern, with a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and air conditioner. It was also very clean, but the room had a faint smell of sewer. When checking in, you need to use another password provided by the store to open the password box at the door of the room, take out the room card, and put the room card back into the password box when checking out. All communication with customer service was conducted through Whatsapp, and the response was very timely, almost responsive. Check-in is only possible after 3pm. If you arrive early, you can go to the BQA office 2 or 3 blocks away to store your luggage. When storing, you need to write your reservation number, name, phone number, luggage pick-up time, etc. I stayed for 3 days. There was an air conditioning maintenance (they said that there was a problem with the air conditioning in the opposite room, but the pipes were connected). It took a few minutes. The maintenance personnel were very polite and asked if they could come in, and then left quickly. Another time, the manager opened the door on his own in the morning, and may have found someone inside so he didn't come in. I came out and saw him and asked him, and he said that the manager wanted to take a photo of the room (I didn't understand what he meant). He came in, pulled the curtains and looked at the window, and then left. The service attitude was friendly.

Excellent choice in Budapest. Very convenient and well located. Clean and cozy. The apartment was very well equipped. The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.
