Al Habtoor Palace Budapest

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and the facilities were great. Service was actually good too. But when I stayed there, it happened to be the same time as the hotel owner Mr.Al-Habtoor himself stayed there. So all the staffs were anxious, everyone seems nervous and too formal, it’s affecting guests experience to relax. But overall, it was a pleasant stay, yet hospitality could still be improved.

The location is excellent. The room was nice, large spotless clean with good view. The breakfast was not very impressive, comparing to other hotels in the same category in Budapest. The service was five start. We were very pleased with the exception of the breakfast, it definitely needs improvement. We will return, we liked the hotel.

Just a simple clean room and no view for most standard category which we stayed but hospitality of door gentlemen , receptionist and concierge are really elevated our stay. Customer there also very different . Location is very very good to shop and dine. The restaurant concierge recommended was so good !!!

The bedroom was spacious with super comfortable beds. Hotel is clean The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, and the wonderful staff made our stay super pleasant. I thank them all, F&S Albluwi
