I’m waited for the day that hotel opens, we been few times before cake shop dwonsters were we had dessert very delicious. I’m travelling often Budapest Location: far from city centre but close to airport Hotel New designed spacious room Room nicely decorated with lovely bathroom 👍 Bed to firm and not to comfy but is my personal preference What I really don’t like tramway just side on building and u feel like shaking room and very nosy 🙁 I’m booked hotel one night and came from Istanbul I has early flights but tyred so I know I’m gonna arrive around one hour before my chek in Called reception 6am she not happy request earlier check in if that possible then she sad 20 euro to get in hour early ! Ok 👍 I’m arrived 2.45 so don’t need it I just decided wait until 15.00 Sitting opposite reception she don’t say even hi 👋 🥲 or how can I help Being honest not friendly start I’m asked mini bar has water ? Yes we have I’m going room there is no still water Calling receptionist there is no water, she said are you sure ? 😂 yes I’m positive I see there no water Can u pls send me ? Yes I’m gonna bring up 20 min later I got still water 21.00 I got hungry so I’m decided to try Italian restaurant dwonsters instead delivery I’m regretting 😕 I’m just ordered carbonara what is terrible and of course I’m agen waited water to restaurant as well 20 min Breakfast simple Butik hotel style Norbert only person who has been helping and asked chefs made omelet for me , no halal option , everything pork , no many options for kids as well All together nice hotel good for staying close to airports hope the working staff get more better attitude Restaurants I’m not recommending 10/6 for me One night is okay but I’m not gonna book back anytime soon 🔜 hope future more improvement comes

This hotel excels in cost performance, location, and service. Pros: ・Room and Bed: Very clean and air-conditioned. I was able to sleep soundly. ・Bathroom: The toilet, sink, and shower room were clean. The shower pressure was also appropriate. ・Staff & Service: The front desk staff were kind and courteous. The free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. ・Lobby Environment: The area around the front desk was clean, and I was able to wait comfortably until my departure time even after checking out. ・Location: About a 10-minute walk from the station. There are many delicious restaurants and hawker centers nearby, making it an excellent location. Cons: ・I was a bit concerned about a slight odor from the bathroom drain. If that could be improved, it would be a perfect score. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a highly recommended hotel as a base for sightseeing.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

My recent stay at Bristol Budapest Hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish; I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest. I arrived at around 02:00, and despite the late hour, check-in was completely seamless. The staff were clearly expecting me; this made the whole process quick and effortless; exactly what you want after a long journey. The room itself was immaculately clean and very well presented. I appreciated the small touches; like the fridge stocked with a bottle of water, which can be replenished simply by taking it down to reception. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, high-quality linen that made for a great night’s sleep. There was also a good tea and coffee setup in the room; a welcome addition. Even though my room faced the street, I slept with the window open and wasn’t disturbed by noise at all; something that really stood out. The bathroom was spacious enough, with plenty of clean towels and some lovely complimentary toiletries. At one point I needed an iron and ironing board; reception provided both immediately without any fuss; which summed up the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Breakfast was a real highlight. I had seen some mixed reviews beforehand, but I genuinely don’t understand why. The selection was extensive; covering both continental and hot options. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted great, and was constantly replenished and well maintained. It was easily one of the best parts of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming; always with a smile. That level of hospitality made a big difference. Overall, this is a solid and reliable option for anyone visiting Budapest; I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but very clean. I didn't encounter any unpleasant issues during my stay. The hotel breakfast was great, and the staff were quick to replenish food. The location is excellent, within walking distance to two major attractions: Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle. If you walk a bit further, you can see the Parliament Building and Chain Bridge at night. The only downside was that on the last night, the couple next door were, uh, *very* loud, and it sounded quite painful. I'm pretty sure the whole building could hear them...

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it for more than one night. The location is excellent, but unfortunately the hotel itself has many shortcomings. The breakfast was very poor and offered very limited choices. There was no refrigerator in the room, no safety deposit box, and no telephone to contact reception directly. The air conditioning was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted properly, which made the room uncomfortable during warm weather. There were also no bedside tables, no complimentary bottled water, and the shower design was completely open to the room, providing very little privacy. In addition, the walls and sound insulation were extremely poor. Every time a door was closed anywhere on the floor, the vibration could be felt inside the room, which was very disturbing, especially at night. Overall, the hotel seems excessively focused on cutting costs at the expense of guest comfort. While the location is excellent, the facilities and room comfort fall far below expectations. I would only consider this hotel for a very short stay.

The guesthouse is on a lower stay standard than the hotel itself, however, for a single night the difference is not hugely important. I found the lack of soundproofing and creaky floors to be bothersome, next time I will stay in the hotel part of the establishment. However, for cost-conscious travellers, the guesthouse is still a great option, especially if you are in transit only.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us.
