Staying at the Xi Shi Jin She Hotel was an incredibly healing experience amidst the beautiful landscapes of Yangshuo. The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and with the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you're greeted by stunning karst peaks, with bamboo rafts slowly gliding by on the river – it feels like living inside a traditional Chinese ink painting. The room was clean and tidy, the toiletries were of excellent quality, and the facilities were exquisite and comprehensive. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, and the authentic Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were fresh and delicious. The rooftop infinity pool offered amazing photo opportunities. It's also super convenient for visiting the Ten-Mile Gallery. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Yangshuo, a perfect experience!

My stay at SYYF Hotel in Yangshuo was genuinely one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I arrived, the hotel gave me a very comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming feeling. Yangshuo itself is already an incredibly beautiful place, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and unique natural scenery, and staying at SYYF made the entire experience even more memorable. One of the things I liked most about the hotel was the overall atmosphere. The design feels modern and stylish while still blending beautifully with the natural surroundings of Yangshuo. It does not feel like a typical commercial hotel. Instead, it has a relaxing, almost resort-like feeling that makes you want to slow down and enjoy your time there. After spending the day exploring Yangshuo, coming back to the hotel felt peaceful and comfortable. The room was another part of the stay that impressed me. It was very clean, spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, which was important after walking around and travelling throughout the day. I was able to sleep very well every night. I also appreciated the attention to detail inside the room. The layout was practical, the lighting created a warm atmosphere, and the overall interior design felt elegant without being excessive. The bathroom was clean and well organised, and the facilities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping also did a very good job maintaining the room throughout my visit. What really makes a hotel memorable, however, is often the service, and I was very happy with the service at SYYF. The staff were friendly, polite, patient, and willing to help whenever needed. They made us feel welcomed rather than simply treating us like another hotel guest. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the staff responded warmly and professionally. Their attitude made a big difference to the overall experience. Good facilities can be found in many hotels, but sincere and attentive service creates a much stronger impression. The staff at SYYF helped create a relaxed environment where I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient for experiencing Yangshuo. One of the best things about visiting this area is being able to enjoy the incredible karst mountains, countryside scenery, rivers, local food, and slower pace of life. Staying at SYYF made it easy to enjoy the destination while still having a peaceful place to return to afterwards. I particularly enjoyed the contrast between spending the day exploring and then returning to such a calm environment in the evening. Yangshuo can be quite lively in some areas, so having a comfortable hotel where you can properly relax is extremely important. The scenery surrounding Yangshuo is already breathtaking, and the atmosphere of the hotel complements it very well. Waking up in such a beautiful environment was a completely different experience from staying in a normal city hotel. There is something very relaxing about being surrounded by mountains and nature, especially in the morning when everything feels quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was also an enjoyable part of the stay. Having a good breakfast before going out to explore Yangshuo made each morning much easier. The overall dining environment was pleasant and relaxing, and it was nice being able to start the day slowly instead of rushing immediately into sightseeing.

A wonderful family hotel with spacious rooms, a pool and a very peaceful atmosphere. We stayed here as a family with children and really enjoyed our time. In Yangshuo, many hotels have beautiful mountain views, but this hotel stands out because it is not only scenic, but also very quiet, peaceful and comfortable inside. For us, this was a huge advantage. This is a warm family-style hotel where you feel that the owners truly care about every guest. The hostess was always nearby and personally paid attention to the quality of service. The staff were very friendly, polite and always ready to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done on time, and everything felt well maintained. For this level of room, the price was very reasonable, which makes the hotel a very good value for money. Another big plus is the swimming pool. For a family trip, especially with children, having a pool at the hotel is a real advantage compared with many other hotels in the area. One of the nicest details was the afternoon tea with sweets — it made the stay feel even more welcoming and personal. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which is exactly what you need in the mountains. The garden, the views, the fresh air and the peaceful environment helped us rest properly. The night before, we stayed in another hotel where it was noisy and uncomfortable because of construction nearby, so here we especially appreciated the silence, cleanliness and comfort. We finally had a proper rest. This hotel is a great choice for families, for people travelling with children, and for anyone who wants a quiet and cozy place surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. We left with very warm impressions and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended. В Яншо, как мы поняли, у многих отелей есть красивые виды на горы, но большое преимущество именно этого отеля в том, что здесь не только красиво, но ещё и очень тихо, спокойно и комфортно внутри. Для нас это было огромным плюсом. Это уютный семейный отель, где чувствуется настоящая забота о гостях. Хозяйка всегда была рядом и лично контролировала качество обслуживания. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый, всегда старался помочь и сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Номер был очень просторный, чистый и удобный. Уборка проводилась вовремя, всё было аккуратно и приятно. Для такого уровня номера цена, на наш взгляд, очень недорогая, поэтому соотношение цены и качества здесь отличное. Отдельный большой плюс — наличие бассейна. Для семейной поездки, особенно с детьми, это действительно важное преимущество по сравнению со многими другими отелями в этом районе. Также нам очень понравились приятные детали: послеобеденный чай со сладостями, зелёный двор, красивые виды, свежий воздух и общая спокойная атмосфера. В горах именно такой отдых особенно ценен — здесь можно по-настоящему расслабиться и восстановиться. Ночь до этого мы провели в другом отеле, где рядом шла стройка, было шумно и душно. Поэтому здесь мы особенно оценили тишину, чистоту и комфорт. Мы наконец-то хорошо отдохнули. Отель отлично подойдёт для семей с детьми и для тех, кто ищет не шумное место, а спокойный, уютный отдых среди красивой природы. У нас остались очень тёплые впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Очень рекомендуем.

The location is absolutely amazing, with layered mountain views to the left and direct access to the Yulong River on the right – the natural scenery is just breathtaking. The first floor has an indoor children's play area and a huge lawn, so much fun that the kids didn't want to leave. The infinity pool on the second floor is perfect for kids to splash around and play, totally enhancing the vacation vibe. The rooftop observation deck is incredibly photogenic! Sipping afternoon tea with a breeze, you can take some truly beautiful photos here. Breakfast was rich in variety and delicious; the kids ate their fill. The staff were super friendly towards children, service gets full marks. Our stay at the Versailles Hotel during our Guilin trip was fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing excellent service. Our room was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's proximity to Guilin Railway Station made getting around incredibly convenient, and it offered great value for money. We even decided to stay an extra night after our visit to Yangshuo, which speaks volumes about how much we liked it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guilin, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Transit hotel. We planned to take the kids to see the sunrise in the morning, and it turned out to be amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the decor was also very stylish. The kids slept soundly. The staff were warm and attentive. West Street in Yangshuo is right downstairs. Parking is a bit of a walk, but a staff member came to pick up our luggage. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was my second stay at LS Guilin, once again, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It is truly one of the most beautiful and well-managed hotels I have stayed, and what makes the experience even more special is the exceptional team behind it. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean and simply wonderful. Its location is fantastic, right in one of the best areas of Yangshuo, making it an ideal base for exploring the area while still providing a peaceful and luxurious environment to return to. The breakfast is excellent, with a wonderful selection, and the afternoon tea is another lovely touch that adds to the overall experience. Victoria and Icey continue to deliver outstanding service. Their attention to detail, professionalism and genuine warmth make such a difference. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It is wonderful to return to a hotel and find the same exceptional level of service. I would also like to give special recognition to Ms. Jin, who helped me with my luggage and personally delivered my wine. She was always incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. Her kindness and positive attitude made every interaction such a pleasure. Sweet girl! A big thank you as well to Ms. Rosie, who surprised me with a lovely gift during check-out. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful way to end my stay. She’s so lovely and always smiling. And I cannot forget Chocolate, the photographer! 📸 She was absolutely brilliant. She took some of the best photos for me and was incredibly patient, creative and helpful throughout the whole photoshoot. She made the experience so much fun and captured the hotel and the surrounding scenery beautifully. Mr. Kaysen also deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful when I needed assistance purchasing wine and went out of his way to make everything easy and convenient. His helpfulness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. The drivers and golf-cart team were also excellent — always friendly, punctual and professional, with clean and comfortable cars and golf carts. Their service made getting around the property and surrounding areas effortless. After staying here for the second time, I can confidently say that LS Guilin Yangshuo has become one of my favourite hotels in Yangshuo. The combination of the beautiful property, exceptional cleanliness, fantastic location, excellent food and, most importantly, the genuinely caring staff makes this hotel truly special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Ms Victoria, Ms Icey, Ms. Jin, Ms. Rosie, Mr. Kaysen, Ms Chocolate and the wonderful drivers and golf-cart team. The hotel is right next to the scenic area, with a small gate for easy access. The night view of Rong Lake is beautiful; you don't even need to take a boat, you can just stroll around and visit all the sights. The hotel itself has a lot of historical character and is a great spot for photos, offering a wonderful experience. A special thanks to the hotel for upgrading us to a balcony room. The balcony was huge and offered direct views, making it feel very luxurious. The only regret is that, probably because it was on the first floor, there was a slight musty smell due to dampness. The breakfast was also good, slightly exceeding expectations with everything you'd need. Overall, it was really great value for money.

We stayed at this hotel from August 12–17, 2026. It was the best hotel of our entire trip. 1. Location: The hotel is a 30‑minute walk from West Street. However, from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, a free shuttle bus runs between the hotel and West Street in both directions – very convenient! The area around the hotel isn't very touristy – there aren't many cafés or shops nearby, so for everything we had to go to West Street. 2. Hotel grounds: The crown jewel of the hotel is certainly its huge swimming pool surrounded by mountains. We had an absolutely unforgettable time swimming in the pool with that view. Unlike most Chinese hotels, the pool is deep (up to 1.7 m) and very large – even with many guests around, nobody got in anyone's way, and we could swim freely. A small downside is that there aren't many chairs or benches around the pool to put your things on, but we always found a spot. Besides the pool, the grounds include a lake (unfortunately the fountains weren't working), a tennis court, and a small walking area with swings. As a suggestion to the hotel: we missed evening lighting. It would be wonderful if the trees, the lake, or the mountains were illuminated, so that after sunset we could take an evening stroll. 3. Service: Deserves the highest praise! The day before our arrival, the manager contacted me on WeChat. When booking the room, I had left a request for a quiet room with a nice view. Since we had a room for three people, all such rooms faced the street and had no balcony. The manager took my request into account and gave us a free upgrade to a room with a balcony (with a stunning mountain view) and added a third bed. The manager, Xiuxiu, is absolutely incredible – she made our stay truly comfortable and took care of us throughout our entire visit. First, she spoke excellent English. Second, she was always available on WeChat and answered all our questions. Third, when we were checking out, my mum left her pendant in the pocket of the bathrobe and was very upset. I wrote to the hotel on WeChat asking them to look for it. Not only was the pendant found, but they also arranged express delivery to my Chinese friend on the very same day. That is professionalism at its best – thank you! Other requests during our stay were also handled promptly, such as changing the bathrobes to ones we preferred or bringing a third set of tableware. We also bought tickets for the Impression Liu Sanjie show at the reception. It was very convenient and cheaper than buying through the show's official WeChat account. The hotel offers many amenities: water, juice, and candies in the lobby, plenty of lounge areas, a shop, a free laundry room, and a gym. Breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. For European tastes, it wasn't extremely varied, but there was enough to choose from. It would be great if the café remained open during the day as well (for an extra charge). 4. Room: As I mentioned, we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. It was very quiet and the view was breathtaking. The room itself was large, with big, comfortable beds. There was a split‑system air conditioner (not a standard wall unit), but it was surprisingly tricky to adjust despite its seemingly simple controls – sometimes it would cool the room too much, and sometimes even when set to 23°C, the temperature would keep rising to 26°C, and so on. A slight inconvenience: the shower is right in the room (as in many Chinese hotels), and there's nowhere to hang a towel without it getting wet. But this wasn't a major issue. The room was cleaned daily: fresh water, tea bags, various kinds of coffee, towel changes, floor mopping! Upon check‑in, we were also greeted with a welcome fruit platter and even some instant noodles (which came in very handy after our journey). The room had a refrigerator and even a dish steriliser. It was quiet inside – we couldn't hear the neighbours, and there was no smell of cigarette smoke.

I came here with my friends during the summer holiday, specifically for their restaurant which is on the must-try list. While waiting for a table, we found out they also have guest rooms. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and priority seating, so after seeing the rooms, we decisively booked one. Honestly, both their restaurant and guest rooms are excellent. The summer prices were also very reasonable, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. It was our first time in Yangshuo, and they even recommended some fun attractions. The hotel can also book tickets for various scenic spots, so it felt like we didn't really need to plan our route much as they had everything sorted for us. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family next time. It's very close to the riverside and West Street, both within walking distance. The main thing is, their restaurant is truly amazing! Don't miss it if you come to Yangshuo!
