The staff were very helpful with our luggage, both when we arrived and when we left, which was a really thoughtful touch. They were also incredibly patient with our requests late at night, like needing an extra blanket one minute and pillows the next. They even gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers, and each child received a small gift when we checked out! This feeling of being right at home is just wonderful 😍 I highly recommend staying here 🌹 It’s also a great spot for photos! Strolling along the Li River was lovely, and we also enjoyed the free admission to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas (¯▽¯)👍. We’ll definitely choose to come back again next time 👋"

The hotel facilities are modest, but comfortable and well maintained. We tried both the breakfast buffet and dinner, and both were enjoyable. Tip: At breakfast, don’t just rely on the buffet. You can order a selection of freshly cooked dishes at no extra cost, and they’re well worth trying. Overall, this is a great hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location with excellent service."

"I really enjoyed the location and all of the attendance were so lovely. It was wonderful to wake up and be inside the park. The shuttle bus was easy to call for if you have WeChat. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. There is someone who can assist you with tours located right there in the lobby, so that made it very convenient. The only downside for stay was that the soundproofing could’ve been a bit better since we had some very inconsiderate neighbors who yelled down the hall to each other. And the breakfast was rather basic for foreigners. They had congee noodle soup and boiled eggs with an assortment of steamed buns. They did have sausage and bacon, but they were very bland. Maybe they would’ve made us scrambled eggs or omelettes if we had asked, but it didn’t seem like the soup station was equipped to do that and no one speaks English in the dining hall. But if you’re OK with Asian breakfast, they have you covered."
