GUILIN CENTRAL PALACE HOTEL

The service was incredibly thoughtful. They contacted me in advance to check on my arrival time and gave clear directions to the hotel. I initially wanted to book two nights, but only one was available for the first night. Since the reviews raved about the food, I decided to book the one night to try it out. Luckily, a room became available for the second night, so I extended my stay to two nights, and they even upgraded my room for free! My parents were very happy, praising the excellent service and delicious breakfast. We'll definitely stay here again next time. The location is super convenient; you can walk to most of the nearby attractions. This is definitely a great choice for a relaxing stay. I didn't stay there myself, so I don't have room photos, but I'm sure it's fantastic. I'll book this hotel when I travel there myself next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to East and West Alley, and very close to several famous attractions. The hotel staff are proactive and enthusiastic; they provided guidance before arrival, explained travel routes upon check-in, and even saw us off to the pick-up point when we left. The self-service breakfast, afternoon tea, welcome fruit, late-night snack, and foot bath service were all very good. The room was clean and well-equipped. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel's location is great, right in the bustling city center. Across the street, there's Mixue Ice Cream & Tea and CHAGEE, and downstairs there's a pedestrian street. There's also a food street opposite, making it convenient to get anywhere. Getting around Guilin by electric scooter is quite easy. The hotel service was excellent, always attentive to our needs. Breakfast was good too, with the special Guilin rice noodles. The room having a mini-fridge was a nice touch, and I really liked the complimentary souvenir!

The location is excellent! It's super easy to get a taxi no matter where you're going, and it's right next to Dongxi Alley, which has tons of food and drinks. There are also plenty of delivery options nearby. The staff's service attitude is fantastic; they always help with luggage after check-in, and they pay great attention to detail in every aspect. They always greet you when you return to the hotel at night, and even help with luggage after check-out. The service is truly top-notch! The room I stayed in had a tatami mat, and it was so soft – perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The mattress was also very comfortable and soft, and the AC had plenty of airflow. They were always willing to accommodate any other requests. This hotel is genuinely great; they even contact you in advance before your stay to ask about any needs you might have. They even gave us a small gift when we left 🎁. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin.

The hotel environment is superb, very clean, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage when you enter and leave. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Highly recommend staying here! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, even better than some five-star hotels I've stayed at before. What's more, there was absolutely no smoke smell in the room or anywhere inside the hotel, which was a huge plus – it was the only completely smoke-free hotel on my entire trip. Simply fantastic! The hotel's back exit leads directly to East and West Alley, making it super convenient to pop out for food or shopping anytime. If I ever come back to Guilin, I'm definitely staying here again.

What left the deepest impression was the meticulous and warm service; from the moment I checked in until the end of my trip, I felt the hotel's thoughtfulness and warmth at every turn.

Absolutely amazing! If you're staying in Guilin city, this is the hotel to choose. The rooms are great, and the service is excellent. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and welcome fruit were all such pleasant surprises! Plus, there are tons of restaurants and attractions nearby, super convenient!
