The hotel has a great location and beautiful views. It's right next to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and across from Dongxi Alley, making it very convenient for going out, exploring, and eating. There are also many snack options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely come back next time.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, surrounded by countless local eateries, making dining incredibly convenient. There's also a popular restaurant on the top floor with great views of half of Guilin city. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Seeing that I had difficulty walking, they kindly helped me with my luggage and arranged my room. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. They even helped deliver earplugs and hangers in the middle of the night. The environment is pleasant, and the room has a tatami area where you can enjoy tea while admiring the night view. Downstairs, there's a food street, and directly across the road are Dongxi Alley and Jingjiang Prince City, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping.

I was very satisfied with my stay at your hotel this time. After getting out of the taxi, I couldn't find the hotel, and the front desk lady came out to greet us and even helped us with our luggage. Check-in was also very fast. The hotel is located in the center of ZhengYang Pedestrian Street in Guilin, so there are plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's also close to nearby attractions. During our stay, every hotel staff member was very enthusiastic and always ready to help. What impressed me the most was when I asked for slippers to be sent to the room, an auntie rang the doorbell and handed them to me with both hands. Although it was a small gesture, it showed the high quality of the hotel staff. The enthusiasm of the staff also indicates that the owner must be a great boss. The next time I or my friends visit Guilin, your hotel will definitely be our first choice or recommendation. Thank you so much for your excellent service, which made us feel so warm. After staying for two nights, I left my luggage at the hotel and went to Yangshuo for two days. I came back and checked in again. It was as good as always, and the front desk even gave me a bottle of Luo Han Guo. I hadn't tried it before, but when I brewed it at home, it was so delicious. They were very thoughtful.

The hotel has a great location right in the city center, with a pedestrian street just outside the door offering plenty of snacks. There's also a scenic restaurant upstairs with a lovely view of the distant mountains. The front desk service was excellent too.

We chose the榻榻米 room, and our child loved it. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The location is superb, right downstairs from Zhengyang Street, Jingjiang Princes' City (Duxiu Peak), East and West Alleys, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Sun and Moon Pagodas. They also offer a traditional incense sachet DIY experience, complimentary coffee in the lobby bar, and 24-hour butler service.

We were a group of 6, traveling with kids, and booked this hotel. The location was excellent, right on the pedestrian street, and stepping out put us directly into a food street – so convenient! It was also very easy to get to Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area. The hotel service was great too; when they found out I was going to Yangshuo before we left, they thoughtfully prepared mosquito repellent for us. All in all, it was great value for money!
