Li River Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Scenic Spot)

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of Guilin city. Both the top-floor restaurant and the rooms offer the best views of the Sun and Moon Pagodas. Downstairs, you'll find the Fir Lake, part of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. Elephant Trunk Hill is just a 5-minute walk away. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious 80-90 square meter room, complete with a separate walk-in closet, a huge terrace, and a double vanity. The welcome fruit and minibar items could be replenished upon request. The service was exceptional; staff were patient and helpful, offering bottled water when I left the hotel, and I even received essential oils as a farewell gift. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, featuring Guilin rice noodles, grilled steak, stewed chicken soup, freshly squeezed passion fruit juice, and many other made-to-order dishes. It's also rated as the top restaurant in Guangxi. The hotel offers a fantastic travel photography experience where you can choose from Miao or Zhuang ethnic costumes, enhanced by the surrounding beautiful scenery. They also offer intangible cultural heritage workshops like making traditional Chinese herbal sachets. Staying multiple nights includes a complimentary foot massage. While the swimming pool is a bit small, it's a wave pool, which is great for kids.

The room was great, and they even upgraded us for free when they saw we had a baby. The staff were all very attentive and responsible. The kitchen also thoughtfully prepared baby food for our little one. We could see the Sun and Moon Pagodas right from our hotel balcony. Next time we're in Guilin, we'll definitely stay here again! 🥳

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and very close to Elephant Trunk Hill. The observation deck offers a fantastic view of the lake. The service was also great, they were very responsive to all our requests. It was a very pleasant trip.

I booked a lake-view room, which was very spacious and well-equipped with amenities. However, for the best view of the Twin Towers, the hotel's rooftop terrace is a better option. The hotel breakfast was of good quality, and the staff were very service-oriented.

This hotel is located within a park, making it super convenient for getting around. The balcony of our 6th-floor room offered a fantastic photo op of the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and you can stroll around them right after stepping downstairs. The pier is also just downstairs, and in a few minutes, you can reach Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street. The room was spacious, with a separate walk-in closet, balcony, and tea room, making for a very comfortable experience. The service, ambiance, and food at the rooftop restaurant were also excellent; both breakfast and dinner were great. The staff were incredibly friendly. They not only escorted us to our room but also thoroughly explained the room facilities and enthusiastically recommended local snacks. The hotel also provided complimentary fruit and crafts, and even a travel photoshoot. My son absolutely loved this hotel, highly recommended!

Traveling with family and kids, we chose a hotel in downtown Guilin, primarily prioritizing location, room quality, and service. The hotel perfectly met all my requirements in these areas. Although we only stayed for one night, both the elderly and the children were very satisfied. The grandparents' king room faced the Twin Pagodas directly, offering a superb view that they absolutely loved.

The Boin Hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Twin Towers Park and Elephant Trunk Hill, making it incredibly convenient for visiting with elderly family members and children. We booked two rooms, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded one to a family room and placed the other directly opposite, which was extremely convenient for family communication and visits. We're very grateful for the hotel's considerate arrangements. The bellhop proactively helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff had our bags delivered directly to our rooms while we were dining at the hotel restaurant – everything was very well organized. From the hotel's rooftop restaurant, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Twin Towers. My family also had a complimentary experience making traditional scented sachets, an intangible cultural heritage craft, and were all very pleased with the hotel's arrangements!

The hotel's location and service are both excellent! Right outside the door are the Sun and Moon Pagodas on Shan Lake, and it's just a few minutes to Elephant Trunk Hill and the boat dock. I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant on the eighth floor; the beer fish and five-spice duck are absolutely delicious!!! Make sure to book a table in advance!

Service: The hotel staff were all very warm and friendly. One young lady helped us carry two large suitcases, and she was incredibly responsive on WeChat, fulfilling all our requests no matter how late. Hygiene: The room was very clean, no strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. Everything was spotless. Environment: The surroundings are truly beautiful. We could see the Twin Pagodas from our balcony, and the Li River was right downstairs. The pedestrian street was just around the corner – super convenient. Best of all, it was completely quiet at night, no noise at all. Facilities: They offer intangible cultural heritage handicrafts for kids, foot massages, and our room even had a tea room. A pleasant surprise was the in-room capsule coffee machine – the coffee was delicious. All the snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge were free and refilled daily. Honestly, there's absolutely nothing to complain about at this hotel. Every aspect deserves high praise!
