NEO ISLE Hotel (Guilin Liangjiang Sihu Xiangbishan)

The location is fantastic, right by the Two Rivers and Four Lakes! It's super convenient to get everywhere, with most attractions just a few minutes away by taxi. There's also a shopping area downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk lady – her service was excellent! She was always smiling and patiently explained all the hotel amenities to us. Loved it! 😍

This hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center. You can step out directly onto Dongxi Alley and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, and Elephant Trunk Hill is just a 10-minute walk away – super convenient! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, responding incredibly quickly to any requests. It's incredibly convenient for exploring the scenic spots, and the robot delivery service for meals to your room is a great touch – no need to go down to the front desk. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. It's really tasty and even includes local specialties like Guilin rice noodles and oil tea. The value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice for a trip to Guilin, and I'll be staying here again next time!

The room was clean and spacious, featuring smart voice control throughout, and a floor-to-ceiling window offering direct views of the Li River landscape. The rooftop sky garden boasts unparalleled views, perfect for amazing photos. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they turned on the A/C for us in advance and helped with our luggage without us even asking. The freshly made rice noodles for breakfast were super authentic, and the value for money here is just unbeatable!

With complimentary parking, luggage storage, self-service laundry, and a free gym, the facilities are comprehensive and the value for money is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and sightseeing. If you're coming to Guilin, book this hotel without hesitation!
