GGuest UserFirst off, the location is absolutely superb, right by the Li River. It's just a few hundred meters from the dock where the cruise from Guilin disembarks, and it's also very close to West Street, making evening strolls incredibly convenient. The room's style is both rustic and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and all the facilities are complete. The view from the outdoor window is full of greenery, and sitting on the balcony, enjoying the river breeze, truly feels like a vacation. The restaurant downstairs is a must-visit in Yangshuo, and staying here means you can skip the queue. The dishes are affordably priced, and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

GGuest UserGuangxi is such a pleasant place. After attending a concert in Nanning, I thought I'd come to Yangshuo for a vacation. For me, a good hotel can meet many needs. From hardware to software, thoughtful service makes you feel more at ease. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt that thoughtfulness. I'm quite a stickler for details. The hotel's cleanliness, the maintenance of its public areas, and even the toiletries are all meticulously chosen. The refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer are all carefully prepared and not just thrown in. Also, the bathrobe is incredibly comfortable! That's a rare find! I booked a room with a terrace, and sitting there in the afternoon or early morning, you can really feel the tranquility of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and there was also an afternoon tea (the desserts were tasty too). Initially, when I came to Yangshuo, I only felt that the scenery was beautiful. But staying at this hotel, I truly realized that even in such a so-called 'paradise,' you can experience a different, perhaps even more luxurious, feeling. Honestly, if you want an excellent experience when you come to Yangshuo, you can choose this hotel. It's incredibly convenient whether you're going to eat at Ten-Mile Gallery or explore the old town. More importantly, the scenery viewed from within the hotel is absolutely twice as wonderful, without the crowds and noise (a true resort destination!). You really can fall in love with a city because of a hotel. Everything above is my genuine feeling. The hotel's attention to detail is truly heartfelt, especially the large public lawn in front of the hotel, which gives a very relaxing and pleasant feeling. Considering the guest's experience, thumbs up! (I'll attach some photos, all from my personal experience, for your reference.)

GGuest UserThis villa is absolutely amazing, the entire design is just my style. There are projectors both upstairs and downstairs, which is such a thoughtful touch, and the landlady even specifically bought a vanity table. The location is also fantastic, a 15-minute drive to the town, and just a 10-minute walk to the Yulong River Old County Pier. I especially have to rave about the hotel bar! The landlady personally mixes drinks for you, and the cocktails are genuinely delicious. She used to be a bartender in Chengdu, and her drinks are even better than ones I've had in Hong Kong! Plus, the bar's decor is really cool, with an American record vibe. I really urge the owners to promote the bar more! The landlady even gave me a free bartending lesson – a truly unique experience! And the room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view!

GGuest UserThe service was fantastic; the staff were warm and thoughtful, even offering a complimentary travel photoshoot. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and patient with my requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Guilin. The hotel's online photoshoot service was also outstanding. The makeup artist was very helpful in choosing outfits and applying simple makeup. The photographer guided poses and took great shots, ensuring both the person and the scenery looked good. Finally, the photo selector was very patient in helping me choose the photos, without any hard selling.

GGuest UserStayed 1 night up the LongJi Mountainous area and there were several boutique homestay in the area. The road to the Homestay was difficult as the final 300 metres were blocked due to roadworks and we had to walked up a narrow trail to get to the Homestay. The owner was very accommodating as we left the luggage in the car. Fortunately the rain stopped just in time for us to enjoy the rest of the day. Nevertheless, the scenic view was spectacular and we spent the rest of the day enjoying the mountainous view and walking up the footpath. The room was comfortable and spacious and dinner was good. There is really not much to do except to enjoy the view and breathe in the fresh air.

GGuest UserIf you're visiting Yangshuo, you absolutely have to stay at this industrial-style hotel! The hotel we chose for this trip was amazing. Its location is super convenient, right on Yangshuo West Street, so you can just step out and start exploring. The hotel's overall vibe is cool and industrial, with a sleek and sophisticated design. Every corner is picture-perfect and Instagrammable. We opted for the family room, which was decorated incredibly cutely – exactly the kind of style kids would love. The hotel also offers a self-service breakfast, and the rice noodles were delicious! Ccecily123After a careful selection process, I ended up with a truly disappointing hotel! I arrived full of expectations, but upon checking in at the lobby, the whole place felt more like a guesthouse. The service team also lacked professionalism and didn't live up to the hotel's price tag. After check-in, a staff member took my luggage to the room. The room lighting was dim and uncomfortable. The guest room was right by the road, and the soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear all the traffic. The bathroom size was decent, but the toilet wasn't smart, was difficult to flush, and splashed water! The TV was small, but you could cast to it. And believe it or not, the complimentary welcome fruit was rotten! There were no trash cans in the room, so I had to take all my trash to the bathroom. Dinner was the most disheartening part! It was incredibly bad! Every single dish was unappetizing, with the only acceptable one being the stir-fried bok choy. The moment the first dish arrived, I knew it was going to be a disaster. The serving order was completely messed up; cold dishes weren't served first. Instead, they brought out a hot stir-fried beef dish, and I immediately knew it was over. When ordering takeout, I was told it could only be delivered to the guardhouse, but I could contact guest services to have it brought to my room. For a resort-style hotel, breakfast only runs until 10:00 AM, whereas most resorts serve breakfast until at least 11 AM or later. However, after that first dinner, we didn't even bother with breakfast, and we avoided every meal afterward, afraid of hitting another culinary low.

WWeng Lam LaoPerfect stay at Guilin- all of the team members at LS Hotel has gone above and beyond our expectations. We have never experienced such caring and thoughtful individuals- special shout out to Kaysen, Victoria, and photographer Xiao Mo for their excellent service. I also want to dedicate my thank you to 叶子 for her brilliant service to my husband and I today. We went out for a bike ride and suddenly, a huge storm has hit. We were drenched. We have already checked out at this point but when we arrived back to collect our luggages, she noticed our wet clothes and made sure we were properly taken cared and making sure we are okay before we leave for our train. This deserves a proper recognition. I’d recommend LS Hotel for anyone who want a fantastic hotel experience. The hotel is beautiful, has many photo spots to taken excellent photos and even served afternoon tea in our package. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to come back to beautiful Yangshou in the future and back to this hotel!

FFrancesca FWe really enjoyed our stay at Tui Blue. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of West street, but only a 12yen didi there. The views are stunning, including of the romance park across the street. Front desk staff were so kind. Breakfast every morning had both Chinese and western options, including fresh noodles being made to order. This hotel takes great pride in their cleanliness and design. Room was amazing. Great views. Great air conditioning. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure from the shower. Free mini fridge for the first round of drinks, and tea and coffee in the room. Our few things where we would recommend improvements to the hotel: - There was no working AC in the gym. - Gym should have some lighter weights too. - Gym needs a mirror. - Pool towels should be available by the pool. (Unsure if they normally are.. we went out in the rain so possibly during sun they have these readily available). - some small things need to be maintained. (Gym wall leak with mold present, painting around windows peeling off, outdoor plant maintenance, pool tidy of chairs and ensure pool inflatables are actually blown up.These small things aren’t really noticed by everybody, however as a travel agent myself it is what sets luxury hotels apart from others). Overall a really great stay. Would definitely stay again.

They introduced us to Guilin's famous rice noodles, and were especially patient in explaining the hotel's mascot, the cormorant, to my child, even taking into account our dietary restrictions. A special thanks to Daisy in the executive lounge and Emily at the front desk during check-out. They both truly showed their passion for their work and their dedication to guests.
