The hotel's location is unbeatable. Plaza del Callao is one of Madrid's most vibrant commercial and transportation hubs, right in the city center, and next to the famous El Corte Inglés department store on Gran Vía. Although the room was only 12 square meters, it was exquisite and tidy, with bright lighting (I personally prefer well-lit rooms). If I had to pick a flaw, the only one would be that the air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed and couldn't be adjusted. Thankfully, it wasn't hot in the evenings, so I just turned it off when sleeping. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was touched by the front desk staff. Her name was Aurora, and as soon as she saw me enter, she immediately asked if I was Sun. It was clear she paid close attention to all guests, having done her 'homework' before their arrival. Perhaps Aurora and the sun are destined to be together, and our names somehow mirrored this warm connection. My three-day experience was truly excellent, offering great value for money. The transportation, especially the subway, was fantastic – just a step out the main door and down the elevator. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. The hotel is wonderful! It's very well-maintained, super clean, smells great, and everything is incredibly organized. The gym is huge, well-equipped, has air conditioning, and new machines. There's also a laundry room with new machines, a free water dispenser in the basement, and a vending machine with a good variety of options. The basement also has restrooms and a spacious, comfortable reception area for waiting. The garage requires prior reservation and has a fee, but it's very well-located and convenient. The hotel's location is fantastic, and undoubtedly one of its major strong points. I also want to give a special shout-out to Catalina, who is incredibly polite, attentive, and very meticulous. She takes care of the hygiene and cleanliness of the suites with great care and attention to detail. Her service is truly wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It's a very comfortable, clean, organized place with excellent facilities. We had a wonderful experience!

The location is very convenient—it’s only about a 15–20 minute walk from Atocha Station. I even walked back to the hostel alone at 2:30 a.m. and felt safe the entire way. The staff were incredibly friendly. One of the nicest surprises was the free welcome drink, which I could enjoy at the hostel’s restaurant. Breakfast was also included in my booking, and it was a generous buffet with plenty of options to choose from. A big thank you to the entire team for your kindness, for keeping everything so clean, and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Great location, very close to Goya station. Most of Madrid's main attractions are just a few stops away. We booked a family room, which was spacious and well-equipped. One day we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, so no room cleaning was done. In the evening, a staff member brought extra towels and toilet paper. The drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary. Overall, we were very satisfied!

We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Madrid and get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. What made our stay even more memorable was the timing of our visit during the World Cup. We were incredibly lucky to be able to experience the Spain World Cup parade right from our hotel room balcony! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location, good value, and a wonderful World Cup memory. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect except the hotel location which is a little far from the nearest metro station and of course, away from the main shopping district and attractions. However, the comfort of the room more than made up for it. The shower head pressure was strong, the sheets were clean and crisp, and the a/c and heater worked fine. The housekeeping service was pretty stellar as well, and we even got a can of olive oil as a welcome gift as well as a bagel as part of the Three Kings’ celebration. If you are looking at doing your laundry, note that the nearest laundromat is abt a 7mins walk away (300m). Bring your bedroom slippers too as the hotel doesn’t provide any. Overall, we had a great stay at Hard Rock Madrid and will recommend all who are looking for a lux stay at a reasonable cost.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only thing that for the price you pay was waiting a little more in the room (the dust had not passed in several days and I am allergic, the bed header was unspoken, there was some walls shaved, there was only one night mel and was damaged). A positive point was that there was a diffuser for the dryer, that is almost a miracle.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

It took less than half an hour to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and a subway station, both within a 3-minute walk. While there aren't many dining options directly around the hotel, the subway provides easy access to all the major attractions and a wider variety of restaurants in the city center. The hotel breakfast is quite European, mainly consisting of various breads with no hot food options.
