Hilton Madrid Airport

The hotel rooms and restaurant are both superb! The food is delicious 😋. I highly recommend the paella and fried pork chop. This place is a strong recommendation for anyone driving through Madrid who doesn't want to go into the city center. It's super convenient, right off the highway exit, so you don't have to deal with Madrid's terrible traffic. Out of 77 days driving around Europe, Madrid had the worst traffic I encountered. I actually avoided driving in Barcelona altogether because of it.

The room facilities are complete, and the shower water pressure is good. It's close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service, which is very convenient for travelers catching early flights. However, the front desk service was rather cold and robotic.

Chose this hotel for an overnight stay. The shuttle bus was super convenient for getting to and from the airport. It's a decent business hotel, gets the job done. The facilities are pretty standard, nothing special. But for under a thousand, it's really good value for money.

The room was right by the highway and the balcony door didn't seal properly, so the wind noise was incredibly loud all night long. There was no complimentary water in the room, which definitely doesn't meet a 4-star standard. Really disappointing.
