The Loft House Madrid

i’m so glad i chose this one! from the moment i arrived, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. the hostel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to feel at home. there were activities happening every day, which made it really easy to meet other travelers and made the experience even more fun. whether you wanted to socialize or just relax, it had a great vibe for both. the only small downside is that the hostel is located up quite a few hills, so getting there with a heavy suitcase can be a bit of a workout. that’s obviously not something the hostel can control, and honestly, it wasn’t enough to take away from my experience. overall, i had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and social place to stay. i would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect! Bathrooms were always so clean. And wifi works very well. Staff was kind and helpful. Common areas are chill. And they had a disco ball.

Convenient location with many food options around. Free water (cold, still, sparkling) was a treat. Hostel is clean with toilet and shower separate. Personal culture-shock is that ladies sometimes enter the mens' washroom. Nonetheless, very nice hostel.

Excellent hostel in a fantastic location on a quiet street in a lively neighbourhood, within walking distance of the main attractions, metro, and central train station. The facilities are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a large kitchen, multiple fridges, and free cold, sparkling, and room-temperature drinking water. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers, and the dorm beds offer good privacy with curtains, shelves, and charging ports. My room was spacious despite not having a window. The walls between rooms don't extend fully to the ceiling, so some noise can carry, and the room was a little warm, although staff were happy to adjust the temperature on request. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay, going above and beyond to help, including storing my luggage free of charge. Special thanks to Roberto for his exceptional service 😊

I had such a great time / everything was super clean and the service was excellent. 100% would recommend. The closest restaurants are mostly Indian (it’s kind of like an “Indian street”), but there’s also a Carrefour Market nearby and a taco place as well.

This hostel located at a walking distance to most attractions in Madrid. Things are cleaned and decent. Bathroom equipped with two hair dryers (which is so nice for girls).

Holiday | Solo Avoid this hostel at all costs. My first theft experience in Spain happened here. My leather jacket, with cash inside, was stolen from inside the room. The hostel took zero responsibility and offered no help or compensation. The room was extremely cold, you could literally feel cold air coming through. The common area is tiny and there are only two small places to charge your phone. The shower area doesn't even have a hair dryer, and the bathroom was not clean. Most importantly: keep all your belongings locked and with you at all times if you stay here. Otherwise they might disappear. I booked three nights but left after two nights.
