TRUE GO Hotel (Harbin Central Avenue Songhua River Riverside Road)

The room was a bit compact but very clean. It's close to Central Street, and the Hongzhuan Morning Market is just a short walk away. There are plenty of food options nearby, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Harbin truly is a city with warmth.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few steps to Central Street and then a few more to Huamei Western Restaurant. This time I booked a windowless room, which wasn't ideal for someone like me who needs fresh air. There was a smoky smell mixed with air freshener. The tatami bed was very comfortable for sleeping.

First and foremost, I have to commend the hotel staff; their service attitude is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in to check-in, the front desk staff were gentle and patient. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with no long waits, and they proactively informed me of details like breakfast times and elevator locations, which was incredibly thoughtful. Throughout my stay, any questions I had were answered with enthusiasm and meticulous care, and their response time was very fast. The entire service was consistently gentle and attentive, without any perfunctory gestures, making me feel very much at home. Secondly, the hotel's cleanliness is absolutely impeccable! The bed was spotless, the bedding soft and dry with no strange odors, and the pillows and mattress were just the right firmness, making for a particularly comfortable stay. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was very well executed. Even the window sills were sparkling clean, and the overall environment was neat and bright, which made me feel very secure and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, and the surrounding area is quiet. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. The high-quality service and clean environment truly made for a fantastic experience! The next time I'm in this area, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to all my traveling friends.

The location is superb – just a few steps from Central Street, and a ten-minute walk to the Songhua River Flood Control Monument and St. Sophia Cathedral. There are Russian restaurants, snacks, and shopping malls all around, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room hygiene was impeccable. The toilet came with sanitizing products, and all disposable amenities were individually sealed. The entire room supported smart voice control via 'Xiao Du' for curtains and lighting. The mattress was soft, and they offered both soft and firm pillows. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent despite being in a busy area, so we slept very soundly at night. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and the delivery robot was really fun. For the same price, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin!

It's just 100 meters west to Central Street, and within a 10-15 minute walk, you can reach Flood Control Memorial Tower, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Hongzhuan Street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, and there were many international guests, creating a nice atmosphere. The bedding was good, with clean towels and duvets. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, but there were no bathroom slippers or non-slip mat. The laundry room has a dedicated space for hanging clothes, which makes up for the small room size.

Right in the heart of Central Street, you can escape the crowds and take a morning stroll on the cobblestone streets. Head to Hongzhuan Market for a carb-loaded breakfast feast, then catch the sunset by the Songhua River in the evening. Afterwards, admire the illuminated St. Sophia Cathedral and enjoy some Russian cuisine on Central Street, finished off with a Madieer ice cream. It's a fantastic experience! The location and price offer unbeatable value for money.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff were very polite. It's super convenient for shopping with a mall right next door. The room was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it to friends and will choose to stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's right next to a shopping mall and Central Street, and the soundproofing on the windows is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. The whole room is smart; if you need anything, you just tell 'Xiao Du' (the smart speaker) to contact the front desk, and a robot delivers it. Their prompt response is a big plus! 👍 In the morning, it's just a few hundred meters to Hongzhuan Morning Market, and if you're hungry at night, there's an iron pot stew and BBQ skewers right outside, so you don't have to worry about what to eat.

Located in a prime area where space is at a premium, the room, though small, was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. 👍👍 Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent; it's close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral, and only a ten-minute walk to the Red Brick Street morning market.
