The hotel is awesome 👍🏻, the hotel is very clean, the front desk sister's service attitude is also super good, when I left, the charger was still in the hotel or I had trouble the front desk sister to mail it back to me, awesome 👍🏻 I will have the opportunity to stay in the store in the future.

Very warm, staff were quite helpful despite language barrier. It is a 20 minute 100 yuan taxi drive from the Ice and Snow Festival and about an equal distance from the 731 museum, so centrally located between the main city sites. The front sign is only in Chinese characters and there is no front desk, so it is not immediately obvious it is a hotel unless you read Chinese, particularly since it is back from the main road and the cab cannot directly drop you off in front of it. I have attached photos to guide any future English speaking visitors. Get off the cab at the red bridge with yellow characters, and follow the wide road leading off the main street. There will be an iron gate. Enter that through the walking entrance and turn ride. It is the building directly down the street if you keep going straight. It has a statue of Guan Yu in the front.
The room itself is small but quite warm and has everything needed.

Parking is convenient, check-in is quick, and the room is relatively comfortable. The details are impressive, and the Yixi medium-sized hotel also manages to surprise people with details other than accommodation. Everywhere they touch and wherever they look, customers make unexpected discoveries. It's so special. I didn't bring my mobile phone charger. The front desk brought two for me. The service is impeccable. It's amazing.

Chaoyang windowed house cautious! Really noisy!
The air conditioner hangs up by your window, and it keeps working at night, making people unable to sleep at all.
And this price is inflated, more than 100 rooms are slapped.
The bed is next to the window, and the curtain is still drilled in winter.
The toilet doesn’t even have a door, and the shower nozzle is installed directly above the toilet. Even if I am an iron body, I can’t open the door to wash it. I don’t even have a hair dryer after washing my hair. How do the heads of girls in winter do?
I don’t mention it when I hear it clearly in other corridors. Improve it. Even if Harbin is now a popular one, you have to leave a good impression on foreign tourists. This can only have repeat customers, and you can also say that we are good in Harbin.

Because the plane was delayed, it was early in the morning.
It's quite close to the airport, and the double bed room is no longer available.
So we coordinated to give two suites.
In fact, one room is enough, but you cannot return after 12 o'clock.
A suite that should be a wedding room. First time staying in a hotel wedding room.
One is a mahjong room, facing the air conditioner at the back.
Overall it's okay.

The hotel is perfect! The newly opened hotel is very tasteful and exquisite, and every detail is very good. Needless to say, it is very comfortable to live. The breakfast was a special surprise. Unlike the regular hotel breakfast, there were more black sesame paste, frozen persimmons (freeze hawthorn), local soda, special pickles, local noodles and other local specialties, and the taste was very good. The service staff is also very enthusiastic and greets warmly every time they meet. The self-service laundry room is also very good, and there is a reminder after washing. It's a perfect hotel!

Quiet, very cost-effective, recommended! It's very close to the train station and Wanda Plaza. You can go shopping in gai in a few minutes' walk. There are night markets and various food. It's not as noisy as where I stayed at Wanda Plaza. I like this one more because it's very quiet at night. The hotel is very newly decorated, the bedding and facilities are clean and fresh, and there is a mahjong machine. When you are tired of shopping, you can play mahjong with your friends and have a small barbecue downstairs. It is so cool!

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

SSoudsathit VandixayWe had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..”
Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

YYburnnavoyagesWe were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10

CCris RuffoloI love the location of this hostel. It was just right across the Zhongyang Street subway stop (Line 2). If you go to the Ice and Snow World Park, that's only three stops away for only, if I remember right, RMB 2. Make sure to read/check the other reviews for photos of the gate that will lead you to the door of this hostel. I arrived in the morning, about 10 a.m., and was welcomed by JP. After sorting out my things, I left my luggage to head to the Ice and Snow World Park where I stayed until 5 p.m.
I took the subway back to Zhongyang Street. I planned on walking from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral but it was too cold for me. I live in Beijing but I am originally from the Philippines so even if I was dressed warm - thermal clothes, hot packs, several layers, downjacket, scarves, beanies, ear muffs - it was still brrrr cold!
I took a Didi car from there to the cathedral and spent about 30 minutes there and then went back to the hostel. There was a social night going on downstairs but I was so beat that day I just decided to rest. I briefly interacted with a lady from Singapore named Megan.
The following day, I walked from the hostel to Hongzhuan Morning Market which is a culture of its own. Come hungry and happy! From there, I took a Didi to go to the No. 6 factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holding Co. It is dubbed as the ”Louvre of the East” but having visited the Louvre itself, it doesn't really come close. I think the moniker just came from the fact that there are several paintings and art collection in the building and the area outside feels a bit like you're in Europe.
Another Didi ride got me to Lao Daowai or the Chinese Baroque Street then another Didi to Central Street. Don't miss these two as they are filled with worthy buildings and spots to marvel, photograph of or buy trinkets from.
Harbin was the last stop of my northeastern China winter sojourn. Will I come back? Maybe. Will I stay in this hostel? Maybe.
I like the arrangement of the beds in this 16-people dorm for girls but the bathroom is a squat toilet and I don't like that. If I ever stay here again, I will choose the rooms with Western-style toilets.

GGuest UserA very good express hotel, just the way I like it, clean and refreshing. I booked a double room, which was not big but enough. The best thing is that although the room is at the end of the corridor, it is not like some express hotels that have to walk a long distance, but it is very safe and comfortable to reach the elevator. The room soundproofing and sanitary facilities are very satisfactory. And it is also very convenient to book and check out.
The room is on a big road called Maimai Street, which is convenient for transportation. It is adjacent to the First Hospital and there are food a few steps away. Here are a few pictures, the first one is outside the hotel window, and the second one is the ice sculpture of the nearby Zhaolin Park.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very welcoming, and the room is super warm! I came to Erbin by myself and lived very comfortably. It's very close to Jiangbei University Town subway station, and it's very convenient to get to attractions. There are also many places to eat around!

The service was very considerate and helped me get things. The supplies provided by the hotel were complete and the price/performance ratio was very high.
