## Environment: The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. It's very close to Victoria Harbour, and walking to Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations is also very convenient. I'm not sure if I got an upgraded room type, but my room even had a walk-in closet. ## Service: The hotel room essentially met all my requirements. I chose a twin room this time because the king-size rooms were smoking rooms. Our room was on a higher floor, close to the elevator yet still quiet, and we could see a partial view of Victoria Harbour from outside. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful; they would proactively offer help whenever they saw us. ## Hygiene and Facilities: The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. All the amenities are quite new and very clean, though the facilities themselves are relatively classic/retro. ## Breakfast: Breakfast was a mix of Western and Cantonese cuisine. The variety of dishes was relatively rich, and the Cantonese dim sum was delicious. They offered freshly cooked pork rib or fish ball noodles/vermicelli, and the most thoughtful part was being able to add as much noodles or vermicelli as you wanted.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

My second stay here, and I'm still very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient, connected to a mall with great subway access. On the first day, I was assigned a room with an interconnecting door. Since it was already past 7 PM when I checked in, I spoke with the front desk, and they proactively helped me switch rooms the following afternoon, which was very considerate. The hotel's breakfast is plentiful, and I especially loved the coffee and the fresh juice made from huge apples – definitely a highlight! It would be even better if there were a discount for returning guests.

I initially thought that after so many years of renovation, the carpets might have an odor. However, after a long comparison, I decided that location was paramount. Other reviewers had mentioned no issues with smell, so I chose Kowloon Shangri-La. I ended up being incredibly satisfied! The decor is grand and luxurious. The staff are enthusiastic and remember guest preferences. (I was among the first employees at Shangri-La Qingdao in '97. I remember during training, we were taught to always remember every guest's preferences. It's great to see that Shangri-La's global standards haven't changed over the years.) They made sure guests felt completely comfortable. The Horizon Club's breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner offer incredible value for money, and the service is excellent. My husband and kids both said this was an excellent hotel choice. It's also convenient for shopping, and they even gave my child a gift! 💝

Located within MOKO Tsim Sha Tsui, it's super convenient with Hong Kong-style restaurants right outside. The MTR station is just a 5-minute walk away, making getting around a breeze. The hotel is clean and simple overall, and the room size is actually quite good for a Hong Kong hotel. You can store your luggage for free, and both check-in and check-out are incredibly smooth. There are staff members by the elevator entrance every day who note down room numbers, which is a nice touch for security.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Hong Kong during the National Day holiday, and the location was fantastic – so convenient for getting everywhere! The MTR station is right outside, and it's an easy walk to the Avenue of Stars or the Star Ferry Pier. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary toiletries or bottled water; you have to purchase them separately. During our stay, my child suddenly felt unwell in the middle of the night. We spoke to Hotel Manager T, who gave us incredibly timely advice and helped us call a taxi downstairs to the hospital. We're very grateful! Our 3-day stay felt very warm and welcoming.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Hong Kong West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. You can store your luggage if you arrive early, and they even allowed early check-in around 2 PM, which was a great service. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, making the facilities very convenient. The only minor drawback is that the beds are a bit narrower compared to mainland China, but given Hong Kong's limited space, that's understandable. Also, the hotel Wi-Fi often lags and fails to load content in the evenings once guests return. Overall, it was a very good experience and definitely worth recommending 👍

This was my second trip to Hong Kong, and I chose the Park Hotel again. The room and location are my top priorities, followed by the service. This time I took the high-speed rail. It's just one Tuen Ma Line stop from West Kowloon Station to the hotel. There are many minibus stops right downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars, and there are many malls like K11 and The ONE nearby, as well as plenty of unique local eateries. It's great for an evening stroll and exploration. Initially, I was assigned a room facing the hotel's interior. Due to a personal health issue, I couldn't tolerate the low hum of the exhaust fan downstairs. I spoke with the hotel staff, and they moved me to a street-facing room the very next day. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and patient, actively communicating and resolving the issue.

The room size was just right, and it was clean. The staff were also quite patient. The pool was practically empty, so I enjoyed a morning swim before heading downstairs for dim sum – it was delightful! (❁´ω`❁) The hotel is located in the busiest part of town, making it super convenient to get anywhere, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The fit out of the hotel is very stylish and the rooftop pool is very chic. The service was very poor overall, with not a single positive encounter with any individual team member. Whilst the bed was comfortable I would not recommend staying here if you plan on getting a good nights sleep. With terrible sound proofing, conversations from the neighbouring rooms were perfectly audible and I was kept up much of the night by non-stop snoring coming from one of the rooms.

The most outstanding feature of this hotel is probably its ventilation system (since the hotel is relatively new, the AC and air circulation likely use two separate ducts). I originally planned to use the hotel's washing machine (laundry is $40 and drying is $40, not cheap). On the first day, I just hand-washed a pair of shorts and socks, and to my surprise, they were completely dry by the next day, hanging on the rack outside the sink! (I'm sensitive to cold, so I kept the AC at 25 degrees at night, and it only blew occasionally, so its exhaust system must be independent). I have to praise it. Shimen MTR station is very close to the hotel, and at Sam Do Restaurant next to the station, the triple-combo rice is only $38 after 7 PM. The vegetables are especially fresh and delicious, and they also have fish and shrimp! The prices are surprisingly good!

This hotel is centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui, making it very convenient for getting around and accessing various MTR stations. Although the room isn't huge, it's a small suite that comfortably fits three adults. The layout is well-designed, and it's also very quiet. ⌚️Check-in time: 11:30 AM (Official check-in is 3:00 PM, but since it was off-peak season, we were able to check in early, which was very accommodating). 💰Deposit: None charged. · 🌟Pros👍 1️⃣Excellent location. It's only three stops from Austin (we arrived at West Kowloon by high-speed rail). The hotel is close to the MTR station, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. You can even access two or three other malls via connected pedestrian bridges – truly a 'city of bridges'. There's also a park downstairs with children's play facilities. Several markets are nearby, offering great value, especially for fruit. 2️⃣Spacious rooms. The twin room had two 1.5-meter large beds (this was the most important reason we chose this hotel). It's family-friendly with a bathtub (bring your own disposable tub liner, and the kids can enjoy a bath!). 3️⃣The hotel also has an outdoor pool and offers free luggage storage. · ❌Cons🙅🏻♀️ 1️⃣We stayed in the low-rise building this time. The showerhead in the bathroom was fixed to the wall (as shown in picture 7), so children had to bathe in the tub. 2️⃣We requested children's amenities like a bed rail when booking, but upon check-in, there were no child-specific items, not even extra disposable slippers (only two pairs were provided). 3️⃣The room facilities are a bit dated, and the cleanliness wasn't exceptional. ⚠️Heads-up‼️ 1️⃣The hotel does not provide bottled water. You'll need to purchase it or bring your own bottle to fill up at the free water dispensers. 2️⃣No universal adapters are provided. You'll need to bring your own or buy one. 3️⃣The hairdryer's plug isn't compatible with the bathroom outlets; it can only be used with other sockets in the room. Overall, for Hong Kong, a place where space is at a premium, it offers good value for money. I might try a room in the high-rise building next time I visit Hong Kong.

The room was pretty spacious for hong kong standards. If you plan to go around the city using Uber or taxi then this hotel’s location is ok. But if you plan to use MTR most of the time, i would like to manage your expectations that the station is quite far from the hotel. Probably around 10-15mins walk. Location: It's about a ten-minute walk from both Mong Kok and Olympic MTR stations. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be a bit inconvenient. I only had one suitcase, so it was fine for me. The location is pretty decent. Food: There's a dim sum place nearby called Sun Chan Kee Dim Sum that I absolutely love! It's a small place, always packed. They only accept cash! Most of the customers are locals from the neighborhood. I recommend going on non-public holidays, either at 7 AM or after 2 PM, to take advantage of their special '孖寶' (buy-one-get-one-free type) offer. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk to Mong Kok. Ladies' Market, Sneaker Street, Goldfish Street, and Langham Place are all very close by. It's a shopping paradise. Victoria Harbour is only three MTR stops away, costing about 5-6 HKD. The night view there is stunning. Service: The service is absolutely excellent! Hotel staff actively greet you when they see you. If you speak Mandarin, they'll switch to Mandarin to communicate with you. They were patient throughout. Five stars! Room: The room is small but clean. The facilities are a bit old but it doesn't affect the stay at all. The view from the window is also nice. The air conditioning in the room is very strong. All indoor air conditioning in Hong Kong is incredibly powerful!!! However, one downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Every morning, the cleaning staff make a lot of noise outside while tidying up. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't go back to sleep in the mornings. But I slept well at night. Overall, for just a few hundred dollars during the National Day holiday, this hotel is still quite good. If I get the chance to visit Hong Kong again and stay around Mong Kok, I might choose this hotel again.

For Hong Kong, where every inch is precious, the hotel room was surprisingly spacious. We had no problem opening up two suitcases. There's a mini-bar with complimentary drinks and a free toothbrush and toothpaste set. Our room was on the eighth floor with a direct view of Nathan Road below. Being a bit further from the elevator, the room was quite quiet. Getting around was very convenient; Jordan MTR Station exits D/E lead right to it. Our booking on Trip.com included the accommodation tax, and check-in was quick. There's a Mannings and a 7-Eleven nearby. It's also easy to get to Disneyland. We needed to exchange a bit of Hong Kong currency; we bought Jenny Bakery cookies at Mirador Mansion, and they only accepted cash. Most shops took WeChat Pay and Alipay. I initially used Alipay, but later found that WeChat Pay offered a better exchange rate. The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the lights need to be twisted manually to turn off, and the WiFi signal was just okay. Overall, it was still a good stay.

Check-in was efficient. Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value. Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels. The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day. Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80. The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. It's not far from the subway station and within walking distance of the central business district. Getting to the China-Hong Kong cross-border minibuses was also convenient, just a few hundred meters away. The area was quiet at night with no noise disturbance. With central air conditioning in the rooms, it's an ideal choice for business travelers.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a mere 2-minute walk from the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. Although the room was small, it was very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The double queen room we booked was perfectly spacious enough for a family of four, and the bedding was super comfortable—perfect for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. I'm so bummed I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I'll definitely get them next time! There's also a shuttle bus downstairs that goes to Shenzhen, which is really handy, and across the street, Dim Sum King offers delicious and affordable dim sum for breakfast. Highly recommend! 👍

This five-star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East perfectly embodies a luxurious experience. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the crystal chandeliers and the panoramic Victoria Harbour views. The front desk staff effortlessly switched between fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, and the champagne offered during check-in was a thoughtful touch. The guest rooms feature smart control systems, and the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows transform the Victoria Harbour night view into a living painting. The bathroom boasts a mirror TV and a marble bathtub, complementing each other perfectly. The fresh oysters and caviar at the executive lounge were impressive, and the rooftop infinity pool felt like it merged with the sky and sea. The concierge arranged a private Star Ferry night tour service within three minutes. This blend of international standards and Eastern hospitality makes every return a highly anticipated experience.

I'm very satisfied, although the room had a slight musty smell that cleared up once the AC was on. Everything else was great. The location is excellent, right by the sea. It's about a 20-minute walk along the waterfront to the Avenue of Stars/K11. The MTR station is only 5 minutes away, and the D1 exit of the station connects directly to a supermarket and shopping street, which is very convenient. The price was quite reasonable; a room like this would easily cost 500-600 RMB in a first-tier mainland city. Just remember that at this price point in Hong Kong, you typically need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and water isn't provided.

This is my second stay at Rosewood, and for 6000 a night, the mini bar prices are outrageously high – 200 for a small juice and 75 for a Coke. That's a real turn-off. The toiletries in the bathroom are also very basic; the shampoo made my scalp itchy, and the entire line, including the soap, has no scent whatsoever. The afternoon tea is only good for photos; honestly, the pastries don't taste good at all. I got tired of them after just a few bites. Rosewood's pastry chef is really mediocre... The Chinese restaurant, however, tastes quite good, but you need to book in advance. The bar closes at midnight from Monday to Friday. Breakfast is quite lavish, and the service is pretty good!

Pros: 1. The breakfast is indeed delicious, especially on the 1st floor, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The latte tastes great and has beautiful latte art. Dining hours are from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Guests staying in Club rooms can also choose to have breakfast on the first floor. 2. The room size is quite generous, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. I soaked my feet for three days and it was very comfortable. 3. The view from the sea-view room is excellent, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the hotel is very close to the harbor in a straight line. You can watch the dusk and sunset, and the night view is also beautiful, with the large screen of the M+ Museum visible at night. 4. Most functions are fully electric (curtains are day-night blinds). 5. All toiletries are Bellman, which is very good. 6. The TV in the room couldn't cast content from mainland video apps like Tencent or iQiyi, but the hotel sent staff to resolve it. 7. The afternoon tea and snacks at the Club Lounge are good. The snacks can practically serve as dinner. Cons: 1. The price difference can be several hundred dollars depending on when you book, so it's worth comparing. 2. The official hotel information states check-in is available at 3 PM, but we arrived a little after 3 PM and didn't get our room card until 4 PM. The reason given was a high volume of guests and the hotel being unable to process rooms in time. (This is hard to rate). 3. On the third night, we switched to a Club room, but the room card given by the front desk was still invalid. (Also hard to rate). 4. The mattress had a slight indentation in the middle, making for a somewhat tiring sleep. 5. The toilet was old-fashioned, and the hairdryer was ancient; it felt older than the hotel itself. 6. The hotel's location in Wan Chai might not be the best choice for those who highly prioritize convenient transportation. Getting around mostly relies on public buses, and the bus stops are a bit of a walk. For navigation, Google Maps is recommended as Gaode and Baidu Maps are not accurate enough. 7. During our stay, the area around the hotel was undergoing renovation and construction, requiring a detour to get to the harbor. Fortunately, Wan Chai was really quiet during the National Day holiday, making it very chill. Tips: 1. For Club rooms, you need to transfer, first going to the 30th floor. 2. Although Club rooms (including breakfast) offer complimentary tea, coffee, and fruit all day, having them delivered to your room costs extra. A glass of watermelon juice and a latte cost nearly 200 HKD. Oh well, being poor is my fault. 3. A deposit of 3000 HKD is required for a three-night stay, payable via Alipay or cash.

Fantastic swimming pool & spa at 9/F. The pool lounge is amazing providing light food and drinks! Stunning view from the pool & pool Lounge. Very good city and partial sea view from my room. All staffs are kind & friendly. The Green, cafe/restaurant at Lobby G/F with super high glass celling is worth to try. In room, very special and smart design especially the bathroom. Shower and bath tub. Bed is big and comfortable. Lighting is good. There are several paid carport just surrounding the hotel. Walking distance about 6-8 to Hung Hom MTR station. Extremely near TST various shops, restaurants. Only minor thing is that lift is a bit slow. But will definitely come back!

Tsuen Wan Hong Kong|7.43km from downtown
Location is good and convenient: not far from the metro station and there are lots of restaurants near the hotel. Around 40 minutes to Disneyland. Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Beds are pretty small and short though, mattress and pillows weren't comfortable, sound isolation was bad too: we could hear some conversation and giggles from the neighbors at night, so the sleep quality was poor at Panda. Soap and shampoo dispensers are terrible to use!!! But the worst part is the housekeeping that rings the bell on your door at 8 a.m offering to clean up the room consistently. Please, don't repeat our mistake and press ”don't disturb” button at the door or you will be disturbed for sure... Receptionists were very polite and nice though and the room felt clean.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite North Point MTR station, next to the Harbour North shopping mall. The mall is very new, and across the street, there's an old neighborhood, giving the whole area a great local vibe. From the room, you can see Victoria Harbour, and the view is pretty good! The absolute best and most beautiful part, of course, is the sea view pool! I hope I get a chance to swim there at sunset next time and watch the evening glow~! Overall, the stay was fantastic!

Wonderful Stay at Marco Polo Gateway — Perfect Location, Excellent Food & Exceptional Service We recently stayed at Marco Polo Gateway, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the harbor. It’s the perfect base for exploring Hong Kong. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist, making me feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the in-house dining was just as impressive. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities that made it easy to relax after a day out. Overall, Marco Polo Gateway exceeded my expectations in every way. With its ideal location, excellent food, and outstanding service, it’s a top choice for anyone visiting Hong Kong. We would definitely stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A clean hotel with a good view of the city across the river/sea. The only down side is that if we wanted amenities we have to buy it from a vending machine on the same floor that only accepts Alipay, WeChat and octopus. We are not from the mainland and just arrived in Hong Kong so we cannot buy anything from it. By amenities, I mean stuff like mineral water, toothbrush. Staff comes to clean everysay at about 10am and room was spacious. Did not get food from the hotel so will not be commenting on that. The hotel is a bit far from the train station but there is a bus stop about 1 min way in front of the hotel that can take us to the train station. It is also walkable to the nearest ferry terminal, about 10mins walk. Recommended to stay
