The location is quite convenient, with many good restaurants nearby. The hygiene conditions are pretty good, and the bed in the room is just right – not too soft, not too hard. The night view from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't trust the photos online; they're deceiving. It looks decent, but it's actually tiny. I expected small for the price in Hong Kong, but not this small. The size isn't the only issue; the room facilities are old, and the air conditioning is so loud that it's impossible to sleep. Soundproofing is non-existent; I could clearly hear the 'happy' sounds from the next room. The room hygiene was awful, with yellowing bath towels. They don't provide toiletries, not even a free bottle of mineral water. The power outlets are poorly designed, with only one near the windowsill, and remember, you can't use it without an adapter. This place is bad, truly bad. Due to health reasons, I wanted to check out a day early, and despite multiple attempts to communicate through Trip.com and directly with the hotel, they refused to refund a single penny. They rejected all solutions proposed by Trip.com; this hotel has zero empathy. I strongly advise against staying here. If I had to pick one positive, it's that the hotel is conveniently located just over a hundred meters from Sai Ying Pun MTR Station Exit A1.

My stay at the Ramada Hong Kong Grand was incredibly satisfying, offering excellent value for money. I checked in on the 22nd and checked out on the 23rd, and even though it was close to Christmas, the room rate was very reasonable – it completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, with various transport options nearby. It was easy to catch a tram, explore Causeway Bay, or visit Tsim Sha Tsui. Right downstairs, there are all sorts of authentic local snacks and specialty restaurants, so you can just wander around and try Hong Kong's local cuisine. The hotel's buffet is what I want to praise the most – I highly recommend it! It only costs a few tens of dollars per person, which is even more cost-effective than grabbing a bowl of beef brisket noodles outside. The selection is extensive, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were fresh and clean, the environment was tidy, and the taste was also excellent. The buffet restaurant also has an outdoor balcony where you can enjoy the breeze and the night view while dining, creating a fantastic atmosphere and a wonderful dining experience. Overall, this hotel excels in terms of transportation, dining, and convenience for sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the prices are affordable. It's perfectly suited for short-term visitors to Hong Kong, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was tiny and the facilities were quite old. The air conditioning was so loud. I stayed for three nights; the first day, it was cleaned very well, the second day was just okay, and on the third day, they only emptied the trash and didn't even make the bed. Honestly, the only good things about this hotel are the nice view from the rooftop pool and its convenient location in Cipete, with many good restaurants nearby. Other than that, it's really not great. I sincerely hope they improve!
