Q. Can I use the service for both arrival and departure?
Yes. The service is available for both arrival and departure. After meeting our staff, you will be guided to the Fast Track lane included in your selected option.
Q. What is the difference between STANDARD and PREMIUM?
STANDARD uses the regular Fast Track lane (Lane 4).
PREMIUM uses the dedicated priority lanes (Lanes 2 and 3) for faster clearance.
For departure, PREMIUM also includes priority access for security screening.
Q. Where do I meet the staff?
For both arrival and departure, please meet the RoundPlus staff holding a sign at the designated meeting point.
The staff will then guide you to the Fast Track lane.
