Absolutely terrible, utterly undeserving.
**Facilities:** Extremely poor. The facilities are outdated and dilapidated from top to bottom, looking exactly like a low-grade motel, not even close to being a hotel. The cups were dusty. Compared to any other luxury hotel, this is simply awful. The weirdest thing is that the light started flickering the moment I entered, and I couldn't even turn it off at night. It flickered all night, and I couldn't get any sleep.
**Hygiene:** The bathtub felt incredibly rough underfoot – just awful. The toilet facilities were even older than those in an average guesthouse. They must be making money, but they clearly don't invest in maintenance.
**Service:** I won't comment on the male front desk staff; they were average. However, when I asked the female staff a question, she didn't listen at all and was completely argumentative. Her disdainful look was practically overflowing. The person at the door even gave me wrong directions – this was the most ridiculous part and the motivation behind this long review and the accompanying video.
For this price, you could easily book other high-end hotels that respect their guests and offer good service. If you want a comfortable trip and a good impression of Hong Kong, definitely avoid this place. If you're looking to be annoyed, then by all means, come here.
