The Knot Sapporo

Overall it was pretty good. Providing drinks a bit earlier would be better for some groups; otherwise, it's practically like not getting any at all.

We stayed for 5 nights total. 2 in a small room and 3 in the deluxe king panoramic. Pros: Great location and doesnt have any bad odors. Beds are comfortable with pillow diversity. Cons: we found a used cigarette in our small room. The large panoramic room has creaking glass on floor 12. It never stops and effected our sleep. Also to note. The coffee gatekeeping is a bit weird. They give you free drink tickets but they cant be used for a coffee at noon. They can be used only after 4 pm. Be sure to use them before you leave.

We had an amazing stay at the Knot! The location was really convenient as it is located right on top of an underground mall called Pole Town. A Seicomart is right beside the level 1 entrance as well. The famous shopping street is like a 2-3mins walk from the lobby. The rooms were nice and the lobby has a really nice lavender scent. Amari, the hotel staff, was really friendly and accommodating! She gave me sample of the hotel aroma when I asked about the nice scent in the lobby. Susukino station is also accessible underneath this hotel. Overall, we had a comfortable stay at The Knot. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sapporo. 👍

The location is perfect. We traveled from the airport by the airport shuttle bus, and it stopped just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is next to the Tanukikoji shopping street and is also conveniently located for getting anywhere by foot. I also used the coin-inserted washer-dryer, which is super convenient for not taking dirty clothes home. I will definitely consider staying here again next time.

Love the e free cocktails every evening of our stay. The hotel is easily visible along main road for first timer. Accessible and is center the shopping and restaurants. Wish they can clean and tidy the room everyday and not just replacing towels. At the basement of the hotel is an access to underground mall and mega donki which I truly admire. No stress.

Great location right opposite the Tanukikoji shopping street, making it very convenient for shopping and food. The hotel also has a private lift that goes directly to the basement, which connects to the subway, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. Guests also receive a daily drink voucher that can be redeemed for free drinks at the hotel bar, which is a nice touch. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay.
