Holiday Inn GOLDEN MILE HONG KONG by IHG

How should I put it? The location is truly excellent (see photo), but the hotel is undeniably old. There are also a lot of Indian guests, and the service in various departments is quite disappointing. I honestly didn't expect to encounter so many issues, and while they might seem minor, they weren't (like hygiene problems). It felt like the staff wasn't very proactive. Luckily, the room supervisor was quite dedicated and responded quickly.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside are the subway, bus, and taxis, making transportation very convenient. The only downside was the large number of Central Asian guests who were quite noisy. A few Central Asian children were constantly playing loudly in the hallway, and used food containers were piled up along the corridor after people ordered fast food.

I was very satisfied with my stay this holiday. The hotel is right by a subway entrance, a 7-Eleven, and so many great little eateries, all just a few minutes' walk away. K11 and Chow Tai Fook are directly across from the hotel, making shopping super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

This is an older hotel in Hong Kong, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. The service is warm and efficient, and the location is excellent – you can easily walk to Harbour City.

Just look at the pictures for the room's hygiene, I don't even want to say much more. The location is okay, convenient for getting anywhere. But seriously, about the cleanliness: the water dispenser was covered in dust, and the picture was taken after I'd already wiped some off. And that chair, I'm just speechless. 😑

Great location, super close to the subway station — literally just a few steps away! The room wasn't small at all, had modern facilities, and a really good layout. Everything was very clean, and the bedding was excellent and comfortable.

The constant renovations were incredibly noisy. My window faced a pile of garbage, which wasn't pleasant. I had to ask the front desk for toiletries, and when a staff member finally brought them, they made some rude comments. There was no bottled water, just a tap water filter, and I wasn't sure if it was even clean. On the bright side, the drone show over Victoria Harbour was pretty cool.
