This time, it's a 5-star review for value for money! First off, the staff's attitude was excellent, with no differential treatment, a world of difference from my business trips here over a decade ago. Two things really impressed me: when the fridge in our room wasn't cooling, we informed the front desk, and within ten minutes, staff arrived with a new fridge to replace it. They were incredibly responsive to guest needs. The other thing was one night at 10 PM, a floor tile outdoors was cracked by a car. When we returned, we saw management and workers still repairing it at that late hour, and by the next morning, it was completely fixed. These details really showed the hotel's proactive attitude. The location is also very convenient, with Metro N5 being the closest. However, this exit doesn't have an elevator, so I recommend using the iSquare exit. It has an elevator, and you can grab some food and drinks there before entering via the Nathan Road entrance. The pool is also great for both adults and kids. It's open from 9 AM to 6 PM, which is a bit short; I hope they can improve that. The hygiene on the 12th floor is also good, and the bathrooms have renovated shower stalls. I would recommend it and consider staying again.

The transportation around here is fantastic, and there's a wide variety of food options, all very convenient. Booking in advance also got me a good price. The room comes with toothbrushes and toothpaste, unlike many hotels mentioned online that require you to bring your own.

The room was spacious, and the 2-meter king-size bed offered plenty of space even with a child. All disposable toiletries were provided. The check-in process was a bit slow, though, probably because it's peak season and there were a lot of people waiting.

After many years, I brought my child back to Hong Kong. The most significant improvement was the service, which is much better than in 2015/16. The environment, facilities, and price are all as expected for its positioning. I hope Hong Kong continues to improve!

The front desk staff were very unhelpful during check-in. Our request for twin beds wasn't met; they claimed twin rooms were more expensive and we had booked a cheaper option. The room was dark, and the entire facility felt old and dated. To make matters worse, the lobby was undergoing renovation during peak hours when we checked in. The Wi-Fi signal was terrible, no complimentary bottled water was provided, and the hot water was difficult to adjust. The elevators were tiny, and taking them during peak times was a nightmare. The swimming pool also closed very early. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The location is great, right next to the subway entrance, and there are many shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for shopping and entertainment. However, check-in was a bit slow. The room I booked was a converted suite, which is pretty good for HK where space is at a premium. It was very clean, although the air conditioning was set a bit too cold. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Great location, very close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The twin beds are spacious, much better than many at a similar price point. The hotel is a bit old, but those are minor issues. For this price and location, there's an abundance of great food nearby, and Victoria Harbour is within walking distance. P.S. Chungking Mansions is right next door!

Excellent experience. We arrived early and there were a lot of people checking in, but the front desk quickly arranged a room for us. Although we didn't get a twin room, the front desk attendant found a room with a 2-meter king-size bed for us, so kudos to her! 👍 We stayed on the 16th floor for four nights, and our housekeeper, Sister Ling, was incredibly friendly. She always greeted us with a smile, making us feel right at home. Thumbs up for Sister Ling! 👍
