Metropark Hotel Mongkok

For Hong Kong, the room is quite spacious. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and no strange odors – very comfortable. Facilities: Complete, convenient, and easy to use, offering good value for money. Environment: Quiet, comfortable, and no noise. Service: Warm, hospitable, polite, easy to communicate with, and patient.

This time, the room was more spacious than the last one of the same type and not as noisy, being away from the main road. Both pillows were very tall and firm, so much so that I didn't use a pillow for all three nights. The soundproofing was average, but the location is super convenient for transport, dining, and groceries. It's just a short walk from the 'A21 Citybus' stop with the same name. No deposit was required for check-in. The room had towels, a fridge, a kettle, and a shower room that wasn't cramped. My washed clothes hung in the bathroom dried overnight. A universal adapter was provided, and the slippers weren't the super thin kind. Within a 10-minute walk, you can find places like Dan Wang, Tong Da Food Shop, Ten Ren's Tea, and even Mixue Ice Cream & Tea. Tai Ear Niu is also nearby, and if you walk straight down the road from Tai Ear Niu, you can reach the Argyle Centre bus stop to catch the A21 to the airport. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong!

Facilities: Decent, a bit dated. Cleanliness: Very clean, no bugs. The cleaning staff were lovely. Environment: The room was quite small; we couldn't fully open two suitcases, and wardrobe space was very limited. Service: Pretty good.

Arrived at the hotel early and unexpectedly, there was a king-size room available, which was a pleasant surprise! Thumbs up to the staff for that. The hotel's location is great, really close to the subway station. The only minor downside is a bit of noise from the elevated highway at night, but honestly, after a long day of sightseeing, I was so tired it didn't really bother me.

Very convenient location, everything you need is nearby. The breakfast was pretty good too, and the staff were all very friendly.

Facilities: Very complete, even includes a refrigerator. Plus, the shower has a seat, which is great for the elderly. Environment: Very good. The room size isn't huge and the window doesn't open, but that's Hong Kong for you. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Not bad. Although the front desk wasn't overly enthusiastic, the concierge helped bring our luggage up, which was really nice!

Second time staying here, it's pretty decent, nothing special, but no real complaints either. The main draw is its proximity to the subway and the direct bus downstairs. Next time I'll probably try the big, antique-style hotel next door.

The room was excellent, and the bed was incredibly soft! The hotel is spacious, the service is fantastic, and best of all, it's very close to the subway station.

For a Hong Kong hotel, the room was quite good. The location is incredibly convenient; it's easy to get around for business, and dining and shopping are all within walking distance! There's even a direct bus downstairs that connects to mainland China and Macau!
