Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel ★★★
"I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning."
