La Siesta Classic Hang Thung

Hoan Kiem District Hanoi|0.63km from Old Quarter
I recently stayed at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung for one night, and honestly, it wasn't enough! Hotel Property: 1. The hotel's location is great. It's right in the middle of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so you can easily walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy the lively atmosphere. 2. What's cool is that the hotel is only two months old and it looks amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the modern design is Instagram-worthy. It's pretty impressive they even squeezed in a pool in the middle of the tight Old Quarter spaces. Service 1. We got to the hotel really early from Sapa, and our rooms weren't ready, but Mr. VP at the front desk was super nice. He went out of his way to arrange a shower for us. It was a real help to get us cleaned up from the long train ride. 2. I accidentally booked a room for 3 persons when there was only 2 of us. Mr.VP immediately noticed it and upgraded us to a junior suite without us knowing. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely made our day. The Not-So-Great Stuff: There were a couple of small issues that could have made the overall experience even better. 1. We asked for more water and ice around 9 pm, but they never brought it. Eventually, we went out and buy water, and reminded the front desk to send some ice to the room. But even after reminding the front desk personally, no ice came all night. 2. Food at breakfast was good, but the service could he better. When we wanted to sit by the window, the server insisted that we sit at another table. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her that we prefer to sit by the window. She then cleared our table quite unwillingly. She just changed the cutlery but did not replace the used placemats. We didn't bother her after that as she seemed annoyed. But despite these minor hiccups, I'd definitely recommend La Siesta Classic Hang Thung to anyone looking for a great stay in Hanoi. It's a lovely place with pretty and clean rooms and lovely front desk staff.

The location and service were very good, but there were countless small flies flying around in the room. Furthermore, something like a cockroach came out in the shower room. Also, the shower only came out with water, which was a problem. However, the Wi-Fi is strong and you can register Youtube, Netflix, and Amapura on the TV, so you can enjoy stress-free on the big screen even during your stay.

Super new hotel! I was a little worried when I didn't see any comments, but I felt very relieved when I arrived at the hotel! The service staff are very kind, and each one is very attentive to take care of the guests. You can choose different types of breakfast every day. The breakfast is delicious! The manager is also very responsible and will be there every day. They will try their best to solve any intractable diseases. They can also ask if they have travel information, or if they want to do a spa. The rooms are very new and very smart, so there is nothing to be picky about! The overall feeling is super! Very pushing

Following an error in the hotel about the room my agency had booked at the Golden Sun Suite, it was found that it was no longer free and that no other room could be offered to us. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We were not able to choose, but we went there with surprise to see that it was a very large room with two huge beds and a balcony. The next day, my traveler asked me whether I wanted to stay at A25 or go to the previously chosen hotel, which was possible because the mistake was entirely due to Golden Su n Suite but by warning me at A25 had only 2 stars. We did not appreciate the change of hotel at a late hour and A25 offered a room that gave me full satisfaction, we decided to stay at A25, to the great distress of the Golden because there were still 5 nights. The room was perfect for A25, and it was a two-star, with a buffet lunch only possible on Saturday and Sunday, but the bathroom was well with the necessary toiletries. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.

Hostel was quiet and beds were comfy, the bedding was clean and we were provided with towels. The communal showers were also clean and you were provided with shampoo and shower gel if needed. The staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had a good time! They really are a credit to this place!! Some of the internal decor is a bit tired now, scuffs and marked walls and my curtain in the dorm had a lot of food stains on it, But all in all it is a good hostel! The communal areas are clean, the bar/cafe at the top was not in use but you could go and sit up there and look over Hanoi.
