Location is closer to airport suitable for transit purposes, free one way shuttle to airport. Front-desk staff is less friendly. The breakfast is ‘good to go’.

The hotel is located within a 5-minute drive of Hanoi Terminal 2 Airport. It is not possible to walk from the hotel to the airport, as there is an expressway to cross. A great advantage is that the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, even though we had to leave at 4 a.m. You just need to make an advance booking with the hotel during check-in, and they will arrange a private car for you. The staff, including the driver and receptionist are well trained and extremely friendly. The area outside the hotel feels like a village, and you have to pass through a few very narrow alleys. However, once you step into the hotel, it gives a completely different impression. I had a very short stay at this hotel, so I couldn’t comment much, but the room cleanliness is top-notch! Hotel interior looks quite new. All the necessary toiletries and amenities are provided, including two complimentary bottles of drinking water. The rest of the items in the minibar are chargeable, but the prices are clearly indicated upfront. The shower has strong water pressure and stable temperature, and both shower gel and shampoo are provided. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to travelers who need a transit hotel near Hanoi Airport.

Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a quick stopover before a flight. One of the standout features was the free shuttle service to the airport. They use a large, brand-new electric vehicle which was a very smooth and impressive way to travel. The only minor downside was the bathroom; the shower water temperature wasn't consistently hot, which is an area that could be improved. However, for a one-night sleep, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend it for its convenience and cleanliness! Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent, modern EV airport shuttle. Great for short stays/layovers. Cons: Fluctuating water temperature in the shower.

Perhaps the best option for a layover in Hanoi, with a convenient location, delicious food and stunning views!

Everything was okay. Nothing much to do around the hotel. Staff was helpful.

Location near airport perfect for easy arrival. Breakfast is incredible and good variety. Pool area is beautiful with a lovely view of the planes arriving and taking off. Fantastic stay.
