We had a very enjoyable stay and this was the kind of hotel we were always happy to return to after a long day of exploring Hanoi. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful, the interiors were modern and well-designed, and the room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Even though our room overlooked a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet inside and we could truly relax and rest well. A nice extra touch were the toilets with bidets and the overall attention to detail — you can clearly see that the hotel maintains a very good standard for its price range.
Breakfast was good and definitely enough to start the day well. The soup served in the morning was especially tasty. The rest of the breakfast selection was simply solid — nothing overly fancy, but fresh and satisfying. We also really appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, and cookies included with the stay. The rooftop view over Hanoi was another great bonus.
The location is excellent — around a 10-minute walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the main Old Quarter area, while Beer Street is only a few minutes away. There are countless restaurants, cafés, and street food spots nearby. Tour buses were also able to pick us up directly in front of the hotel, which made everything very convenient.
Overall, a great place to stay in Hanoi and one we would definitely recommend.
