My opinion is based solely on my stay, so please take it as one perspective among others. From check-in to check-out, honestly, I couldn't find a single fault. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was superb, and the service was outstanding. While the hotel isn't cheap, it's not super expensive either. In China, Korea, or other East Asian regions, it's really hard to find a hotel with good hygiene, location, and service at this price point. Especially when it comes to service, many places in China and Korea are semi-self-service or even fully self-service, so you can barely talk about actual service. This place truly offers great value for money.

The hoteliers greets and welcome you warmly when you arrive at the hotel. The check in process was fast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Smart tv with YouTube access :) the only downside will probably be not having any convenience store around.

We stumbled upon Rey Hotel purely by chance on Instagram, and I am so glad we did, it turned out to be one of our best stays! The location is absolutely perfect; you are just steps away from the vibrant Old Quarter, yet the street itself is wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The overall vibe of the hotel is incredibly warm and cozy, making you feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The attached restaurant is an absolute gem, very cute and clearly a hotspot for influencers, but the hype is deserved. Even better, the restaurant staff were just as delightful and attentive as the front desk. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rey in Hanoi and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent—it's close enough to the Old Quarter to easily walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés, while still offering a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it easy to get a great night's sleep. The soundproofing was generally good, so I wasn't disturbed by outside noise and found the room to be peaceful. Breakfast had an adequate selection with a good variety of options, making it easy to find something enjoyable each morning. Overall, Hotel Rey offers great comfort, a convenient location, and excellent value. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Great location with a private garden, though you have to walk a bit for food. Be careful not to take the room snacks by mistake, as they are extra. The service was excellent, and communication in English was no problem.

The environment is great, it's easy to get a taxi, and the breakfast is delicious. I'd definitely want to visit this hotel again. This was my first time in Hanoi and I had a wonderful experience at Rey Hotel. The staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home.
