Anatole Hotel Hanoi

The room was spotless and the staff was really attentive and polite, which made my trip more pleasant. Fo was exceptional!!

Nice location, near the St. Joseph Cathedral. All the employees are very warm heart and friendly, they did provide the excellent service. The breakfast is wonderful, we really loved the fresh fruits. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the swimming pool enough because of my tight schedule, I hope I could stay more longer in this hotel next time!

Excellent place to stay in Hanoi. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The staff even carried our bags down the road for the Haling bay bus pick up point.The rooftop pool was great and the location meant you could pop back for a swim midday. The breakfast was really tasty and with lots of options. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, staff where amazing and always helpful. Location was good for getting around, lovey restaurants near by. Our stay was perfect. Rooms big, clean and comfy pillows and bed.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the old quarters. It provides excellent breakfast man by a crew is very well trained and friendly staff. One particular staff, Ms phem is especially engaging as she talks to each customer, getting to know them as they come in for breakfast. She can converse in English very well too. I like their facilities such as the infinity pool, jacuzzi etc. The only negative is that during my stay, there was construction nearby, and it always happens around midnight.

Very friendly staff. Great location very close to the cathedral and the lake, but located in a quieter street. The street has a school, and safe. It is very central in the old quarter. Highly recommended.
