The hospitality and location were truly excellent. However, the sink water barely drained, so I had to wait a long time for it to go down (I'm sure the cleaner knew about this). Also, on the first day after check-in, I found a bunch of hair that had been cleaned up and left in the toilet. These two issues really need to be addressed. Except for these, everything and everyone in the hotel were extremely wonderful for me.

The hotel is about a 10-minute ride from Hoan Kiem Lake, so I mainly used Grab or cyclos to get around. It's not too close to the bustling city center, so it wasn't noisy, which was a good location. I chose Meliá because it was more spacious than other hotels nearby, and I'm very satisfied.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making its location incredibly advantageous. It frequently hosts business receptions and various conferences for local government and business professionals, with both its facilities and service standards being top-notch. The suites offer exceptional value for money, featuring spacious interiors and maximizing comfort. It's very convenient for getting around, making it the top choice for business travel.

The room was very clean, and there were many shops nearby! Super convenient! The service was excellent!

The road construction right outside the hotel was a real dusty mess during our stay. However, the hotel room itself was great – very clean with daily housekeeping, and it even had a kettle. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, which made communication very smooth. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the service was excellent.

My client and I booked the same hotel. It's in a great downtown location, and our high-floor room offered nice views. The room size was decent, and the breakfast was quite extensive. There's a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, but I found both the value for money and the taste to be underwhelming.

The room layout was excellent and very spacious. I booked a king-size room which came with a living room, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms, and two TVs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of Western, Chinese, and Asian options, along with beautiful desserts. The in-room dining was also delicious. The staff were all incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming, without being overly effusive or theatrical.

This hotel is my top choice for business trips. It's an apartment-style setup with all the necessary furniture and amenities, plus an attached restaurant. There's even a hot spring bath on the first floor, which is a big plus for people from northern China.
