I’ve been to Hanoi several times and I like to try new places to stay. From reading past reviews I thought this would be a good choice, but I was wrong! I happened to be in Hanoi during a very cold streak. The hotel has no heat and I was freezing the whole time there. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 2 minutes and then it quickly gets cool. Breakfast was a joke. The only person working at reception took me to another hotel three streets away to have a very poor quality breakfast. I didn’t even bother with their breakfast after the first morning.

The staff went way out of their way to accommodate our needs. They let us stay well past check out and provided English interpretation for my friend who was injured while in Vietnam. They truly went above and beyond in their service to us.

Great staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We wanted to stay an extra night but they had no rooms so they set us up with another room at a sister hotel down the street. Service was excellent.

Staff - very nice at all times and willing to help. The lady at the tour information desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice breakfast with a lot of freshly made meals available to order. And the location, of course - in the Old Quarter

Clean and comfortable room. Good hospitality thanks to all friendly staffs. Bathroom has a good ventilation. Room included the excellent breakfast. You can choose from the buffet and a la carte menu such as Bahn Mi, Pho, Pancake, Crepe, English Breakfast, Spring Roll and so on all-you-can-eat Good location in the old quarter and next to plenty of restaurants and Hanoi street food !!! I could walk from the hotel to all the main sightseeing or taking grab bike or grab car. They gave you the recommended restaurants close to the hotel and the ones I have been to are all yummy.
